Staff is excellent and friendly. Facilities very clean. Room was more spacious than expected with comfortable bed and linens. In room Mini frig and micro were a huge bonus for meals. Fresh coffee in lobby. Nicest motel experience I?ve ever had.

Cons -

The "residents" were all over, loud,scarey. The bed was awful! We needed an extension cord for sleep machines and they could not help us.
Maybe put in some charging outlets?
Obnoxious pestering "safety checks" every day by rude snarky manager, slow internet service, located next to a strip club that plays LOUD music till late, with loud trashy folks partying in the parking lot after hours.

Rooms were a bit spare, but no carpeting seemed much cleaner! Comfy bed, clean bathroom & adequately appointed. TV worked, enough outlets. The staff at front desk both check-in & especially at check-out on 7/13 were efficient, thoughtful and very nice.
