Pros +
- The breakfast was great. My only suggestion would be to put the pancake station in a different area, as it seems to create major congestion. The jets in the hot tub weren't working, but it was still hot. Probably just need some minor repairs. The pool was warm and clean. When we asked for more towels, they were brought right away. The whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our first time there very much. Nice, good sized comfortable beds. All in all, double thumbs up.

- Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Food was cold. Management was extremely unprofessional. Couldn’t use pool. One elevator for entire hotel.
- Of course everything so expensive when you’re trying to do things with children but it’s that way everywhere. I did have to cancel one of my nights there so it seemed like staying one night was extra but it all worked out. I think they have to do what they have to do.

The location next to the beach
The pool was disgustingly dirty and was not clean water. The water was cloudy. They then told us they were closing it at 10 pm to be chemically cleaned. Ants in our room. Long hair in the bed sheets.
