- The bed sheets had not been changed. The pillows smelled of sweat and the sheets were not fresh, covered in hair. The ice container had a used bag and the floors were not clean. The breakfast room was dirty.

The room was covered in dog hair, makeup on the pillows, the seat was stuck.
