Parking was difficult Friday night; parking space a bit too narrow.

A simple, functional hotel - not a ton of amenities, but we didn't need those. Our room was clean and had a nice long desk space, the bed was comfortable, and the location was surprisingly quiet (despite being on a busy street and the hotel being sold out the weekend we were there). A great option for someone looking to get away from the unreasonably high-priced hotels in Eugene, and Springfield itself has some nice restaurants and sites.

The breakfast needed to be restocked when we arrived, but this was addressed a short time later. The price was higher than we'd normally pay for a room like this, but we stayed during the very busy weekend of the Eugene Marathon and the UO Spring Game in April, so most of the hotels in the area--were charging 3-4x their normal rates. So while the rate was higher than usual, this place didn't seem to be price-gouging in the way others were, which we appreciated.

I’ve been traveling for two years and can honestly say this is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Excellent friendly reception and very close to everything downtown has to offer. I would absolutely drive the extra distance off the 5 Fwy to stay here again, absolutely worth it! Felt very safe here as female travelers as well:) Excellent job!!!

The room was clean.

The whole property was under construction. It looked like a haunted house. The parking lot was flooded with about 6+ inches of water. The check in staff were neither friendly nor welcoming

I've stayed there before and both times the rooms were impeccably clean. Well run establishment

Breakfast was good, a few more choices would be nice, maybe some fruit. Location was good, only about 10 minutes from where we needed to be.
