Close to UPMC Presbyterian, my family stumbled in around 10pm exhausted from a stressful day waiting for news of our loved one's transplant. The desk clerk was exceedingly kind which was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable.

The mattress appeared to be brand new, very comfortable. The in-room mini-frig actually had a working freezer section, seems to be rare these days.

The rooms and pool/gym are the beast features about this hotel. the pool is indoor but in a glass room so you can feel like you are outdoors, which i find especially great in the winter

Staff was nice. Location was great, but at the same time tucked away. Hotel was quiet. Place was clean for a 2 star hotel but could have been slightly cleaner. Priced too high but yet it keeps the rift raff out so I get it. Would stay again.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The room and bathroom were visibly clean.
