The location was great.
I TV didn’t work, the bath tubs finish was peeling off. The walls are very thin.

The comfort and the spacious rooms were really good!
The staff could've been efficient, the whole check-in took more than an hour unnecessarily by not so technical staff especially in the payment. The property was charging 27$ / day for parking which is really expensive and it wasn't mentioned anywhere until you get to the main lobby

Rooms were well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast selection was basic, but the quality of the food was good overall. The attached SoHo Restaurant was quite good - great service, varied menu, and great service.

The location couldn't be better. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Daytime staff were great!
I didn't have hot water in my room. The water temp only reached like warm. Bathroom could use some updating. Night time staff was pretty rude.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location to PNC Park is awesome. The gates are literally across the street. The room was clean.
The breakfast was not so good. The scrambled eggs were dry and the sausage container was empty. The TV is small and I hate that the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom.

Location, staff, beds, room size
Lighting in bathroom and vanity is terrible. Bathroom was fine but needs updating- tub was chipped, tub faucet about to come out of wall, and would not switch from shower head to tub faucet so no bath. 1 out of 2 elevators working but the staff had clear signs telling everyone they could use the service elevator so that was nice!
