- The staff were really friendly!!! The room was clean and peaceful!

- No one ever came to our room to replace towels or make the bed and there was a clog in the sink
- Website shows food and drink. Even has signage in the room directing you to the food and bar. My husband was in meetings all day and I was going to be at the hotel all day with no car. Food & drink were why I picked the hotel
- Carpet was very dirty with stains, curtains had mold and stains, furniture also had stains. Not going back.

Close to the Mall
