- The front desk staff was helpful and polite.
- It was like an apartment with all the amenities. The room was clean but the hallway had spilled biscuit that was never cleaned up
Cons -
- The facility is old and outdated.The cable TV kept losing its signal. The stairwells and hallways ways were absolutely FILTHY! This is by far the worse Sonesta ES Suites I have ever stayed at.This place is more of a Hostel than a hotel.
- The bathroom tub was filthy. I had to go back down to the front desk and get some cleaning supplies. They did make note of our issue.
