- I planned to park, sleep and fly and I was not notified that there was no shuttle service anymore. I have stayed there many times before but will find another hotel with the services I need.
- Had to ask for sheets for the sleeper sofa

Staff was very nice. I was greated everyone I saw someone and they asked how I was doing. Check in process was quick and easy. Room was very clean.
It was loud. Everytime someone near my room closed a door I could hear it slam. The included TV was ok but half of the stations didn't work. The included breakfast was decent but very basic with minimal options. It tasted ok but nothing to be excited for.
