Pros +
- Beach and grounds/pool are beautiful. It took us 5 hrs to check in and then got the wrong room. Had to spend 2 hours the next day moving rooms.
- Large, with many pools, decent entertainment every night.
- The best experience was the massages from the spa.
Cons -
- This place is all about making more money. Food was low quality and you had to pay high prices on top of high all-inclusive fees for gourmet food and decent wine. The credits are worthless and Impossible to use without spending a lot of money.
- I did not like the fact that it was difficult to communicate either in English or Spanish with the the person who checked us in. I think his language was French patua.
- The selling on the beach as well as being tricked into thinking we had a concierge. It was a ploy to be sold into the vacation club. They were very aggressive in trying to sell.
