Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana - All Inclusive

I really can’t say that I liked anything about this hotel

The food was atrocious. Room service food was legitimately not edible. I went with a party of 40 people and all of us got food poisoning at various times throughout our stay.

It was impressively clean and well kept, most of the staff were wonderful and friendly, lots of options of pools beach and things to do.

The fight for chairs in the morning - anywhere, not in a specific spot, just anywhere. The guys driving the golf carts (employees) were idiots drove too fast and were rude.

Beach and grounds/pool are beautiful. It took us 5 hrs to check in and then got the wrong room. Had to spend 2 hours the next day moving rooms.

This place is all about making more money. Food was low quality and you had to pay high prices on top of high all-inclusive fees for gourmet food and decent wine. The credits are worthless and Impossible to use without spending a lot of money.

I did not like the fact that it was difficult to communicate either in English or Spanish with the the person who checked us in. I think his language was French patua.

Large, with many pools, decent entertainment every night.

The best experience was the massages from the spa.

The selling on the beach as well as being tricked into thinking we had a concierge. It was a ploy to be sold into the vacation club. They were very aggressive in trying to sell.

Unprofessional staff, restaurants and pools closed when should have been open

The room was clean and spacious and towels and cold drinks were replenished daily.

The food was mediocre at best. Many of the staff members did not speak English.

That water was on my floor when I first entered my room due to leak in air conditioner

HORRIBLE STAY, STRAY DOG ON THE BALCONY, Pests and Cockroaches, dirty with open beer cans in shower, unresponsive and dishonest staff

Based on my room location I had easy beach access and the beach was beautiful

So so much. The toilet was broken, Tub was broken, the ac was broken!. I had a bug run down my arm in the bed. Many rude employees. They did nothing for me when I had to switch rooms. I walked to desk 4 times still bracket didnt work that's 6 miles total!

The bed (terrible mattress), broken jacuzzi, air conditioning did not cool well and that?s was 5 for me. The legacy time sharing was a lot of our time 2 and half hours, never like that in our vacations.

I did not think it was cool to have a man try to deliver beach towels at 10:00 pm and again at 10:30 PM. I would have a concern if I were a woman. The staff has room to improve in the area of customer service. Transportation required to access Beach Pool.
