- Mecure restaurant was very slow service.
- The guy was working in tamarindo Wednesday morning by the enter was very mean same the day before he was at not remember the name of the restaurant by the club because we stay at the preferred area he make us feeling very down mean guy
- Below average food. Very tiny beach, uncomfortable lounge chairs 69 USD per day for a Bali bed on Preferred side. Furniture worn and dirty, even in the preferred areas. Room not cleaned well, always had to ask for water and coffee.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and cocktails   we done to perfection! Staff in the buffet were lovely and right there when we needed them. Staff by the pool was excellent, always ready with another round and with a smile!!
Housekeeping wasn't very good, always forgetting to leave things, towels, tissues, toilet paper.
