Preferred club pool and walking the beach.

Mecure restaurant was very slow service.

The guy was working in tamarindo Wednesday morning by the enter was very mean same the day before he was at not remember the name of the restaurant by the club because we stay at the preferred area he make us feeling very down mean guy

The staff were friendly overall and our room was clean, once we changed rooms. The first room the sheets and headboard were very dirty.

The food was horrible. Extremely processed and very poor quality. I have had better food at motels and would have taken regular fast food over the food served here.

No shade near pool when umbrellas couldn?t be used. No menu breakfast options. Limited alcohol selections. Only later evening bar option was sports bar with same music nightly and overly loud.

The location, staff, and all-inclusive were wonderful.

It wasn't clear about the extra $162 charge, that I had to pay for preschool-aged children. The front-desk staff had swift authorization to charge me extra for this, but feigned powerlessness when it came to cancelling the reservation.

Preferred Club Pool & Lounge, food at restaurants was pretty good and liked not needing reservations.

Ocean View rooms vary greatly. Wasn't happy with my view. Had to walk out to the edge of balcony to see the ocean. One of the rooms we paid for had a significant water leak and hotel did not respond to multiple messages.

The people who work here are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Hotel employees in the preferred lounge were fantastic!

Below average food. Very tiny beach, uncomfortable lounge chairs 69 USD per day for a Bali bed on Preferred side. Furniture worn and dirty, even in the preferred areas. Room not cleaned well, always had to ask for water and coffee.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and cocktails   we done to perfection! Staff in the buffet were lovely and right there when we needed them. Staff by the pool was excellent, always ready with another round and with a smile!!

Housekeeping wasn't very good, always forgetting to leave things, towels, tissues, toilet paper.

there are some really great employees at Dream Jade Resort/Spa. But there was something off overall with this experience at this place. it was average overall. the resort has beautiful location.

overall the hotel/resort was mediocre. food was very disappointing. I've been in a few resorts in yucantan peninsula and this was not a place I'd recommend. there are so many other hotels/resorts in the area to have the best experience.

The buffet was great and so was the staff.

Our room wasn¿t cleaned every day and we had ants in the room as well. An alarm went off at night several times waking us up from sleep.

roaches, they said they would replace the refrigerator when ours wasn't working, communication was poor, not all the restaurants are open everyday, buffet closes early, the pool closes too early at 7pm. no hair conditioner, restaurant host not organized

Polite staff. That was about it.

The breakfast was horrible and the food for dinner was boring and bland. After dinner there was nothing to do. We found ourselves at the sports bar fighting for one of the two pool tables. Oh and only one pool bar at a resort?? Come on.

Food choices and quality of food was lacking. Room was infested with ants informed front desk no remedy offered. If you are looking for entertainment, party atmosphere or late night food, this is not the resort for you.

Whatever you needed they could provide for you.

The linen should be softer. The linen was very hard as it wiped across your skin. The TV's should be upgraded. We could not watch TV the entire 7 days we stayed. It should have a channel guide as not all customers speak the Hispanic language.

We enjoy the staff, courteous, chef was outstanding along with hotel employee. We were glad they are still there

The food, room, spa and staff were excellent. During the Covid issues the entertainment was limited but that was to be expected. We had our Covid tests taken a few days before we returned back to our residence.

The people are very welcoming. And iit was clean and very beautiful

The dinners weren¿t my favorite

The infinity pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. Also, our room had a view of the sunrise that was amazing every morning.

One couple brought a small dog that we heard barking at times and they took it to dinner and it was sitting on the table at times during dinner. This was the only thing that was didn’t like about our entire vacation.

Food options.

Ocean Beach had large rocks, medium rocks and small rocks...very hard to swim and dip in ocean directly in rear of hotel....walking the beach line was just as bad with large slippery rocks.
