- The scenery, ocean is great here, staff was very attentive and food exceeded expectations at every restaurant
Cons -
- The service was terrible and unfortunately not there at all. Food was mediocre as well.
- Room is very outdated, maintenance of the rooms is pretty bad, many elevators didn?t work
- Didn't hold up to other Secrets I have been too. This was lower on the quality and will not be returning to this location.

We were first put into a handicapped room that was dirty and things were broken. They fixed this. But good to note, you pretty much need to buy preferred club or you're restricted from any peaceful areas and won't find a chair by the pool
