The food was very good for a resort and they had options for guest that do not eat pork and for those that have a gluten allergy or may be vegan.

The onsite club could've played better music

Room is very outdated, maintenance of the rooms is pretty bad, many elevators didn?t work

The scenery, ocean is great here, staff was very attentive and food exceeded expectations at every restaurant

We were first put into a handicapped room that was dirty and things were broken. They fixed this. But good to note, you pretty much need to buy preferred club or you're restricted from any peaceful areas and won't find a chair by the pool

Our favorite part of this hotel was the service and the food. The staff were great. Swim up bar's bartenders definitely made it feel like a 5 star experience. We loved the beachside grill and the buffet as well. Would definitely go back.

There are a lot of vendors on the beach. They are respectful when you decline though. Also, the resort is on the smaller side compared to some others. This was not significant to us but important to know when booking.

The staff was amazing. Location and beach vibes excellent. Enjoyed having excursion access at the resort. Just hop on the boat and go party.

Room was a bit dated with chip granite¿.but overall location of room was great.

I love how clean everything is. They stay on too of cleaning all the rooms and all the walking paths. The pools were always clean as well.

I¿m fortunately we did not find one comfortable lounge chair or regular chair all week. You could feel the bars on your back and behind on every lounging chair. And it was no better with their regular chairs at the shows or in the restaurants.

The cleanliness of the property and the hospitality from the staff.

The restaurants open for dinner a bit later than expected (6pm). They could also use a few more shaded places on the beach (extra umbrellas?)

Drink selection. No name brands. Preferred had to ask for name brands. Beach bar no brands at all

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff was excellent. We were able to upgrade to the Preferred Club upon arrival for a very reasonable rate. We have stayed in many all inclusive, and this by far is the best. Food is great at the restaurants.

Excellent restaurants. Fun bars. Did not like concept of 2 classes of guests. I was not in the ¿preferred member¿ class although I could have bought up to that for an unreasonable amount of money. This prohibited me from several features of the facility

The pool and the staff. Nice bars.

Check the room before the customer check in because the ac didnt work.

The waiters on the beach, the AC in our room on the first floor was actually working and kept the room cool.

Its older and run down. The tiles in the shower are cracked and gross. Mini bar refill service was non existent. didn't get it refilled a single time, we actually had to ask for water bottles at the bar before bed. Wait at restaurants was Ridiculou

Adult only. Multicultural. Very relaxing beach. Plenty of activities. Japanese hibachi was really good.

Their resort next door was being renovated which made noise; however we didn't stay in the room a lot.. Not the resorts fault, but a lot of sales people on the beach.

I like that they had shows every night and activity’s during the day.

Beach is so far away. No Resturant’s view of the beach or ocean view rooms.

Rooms were clean and quiet. The turndown service at night was unexpected. Staff was always courteous and made an effort to meet all of our needs. The spa services were exceptional and well worth the price.

We got roped into sitting through a time share sales pitch our 2nd day at the resort. We were told that it was breakfast for new guests and included welcome gifts. A little shady if you ask me.

Separate pools essentially for those who want to party and those who just want to relax. Good food, friendly staff.

Soliciting on beach. Ever changing layout of hotel with no communication. Walls being placed during the day in areas you could previously walk through forcing guests to walk outside in the rain.

The staff that worked the beach pool and resturants where great and made the trip for me.They worked very hard to make the experience the best it can be.The hotel and its grounds were beautiful and well kept.Special thanks to hotel employee.

There wanst anything that I didnt totally like .It did take a little bit to get ajusted to the food.Being American your taste is difference than the way some of the dishes are prepared being Dominican.Once you figure that out its great.

The service was terrible and unfortunately not there at all. Food was mediocre as well.

Didn't hold up to other Secrets I have been too. This was lower on the quality and will not be returning to this location.
