A very smart hotel in the North Beach area. Comfortable room and bed. Cable cars run past the hotel.
Service was VERY slow at breakfast. Although the hotel was swish it is seriously overpriced.

Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Great location, very walkable and close to BART. Nice to have free coffee in the lobby in the mornings and water during the rest of the day.

Comfortable room with a king size bed nd an exceptional firm mattress. Valet parking worked well. Breakfast was good. I was in town for an early morning meeting and chose to come into San Francisco the afternoon before to avoid the rush hour traffic.
I missed noticing that parking was valet only and discovered that going around the block was a 15 minute trip in traffic.

Great hotel and nice location.
I prepaid for the room via booking.com but the Omni have also debited my credit card upon my checkout of my stay. I've sent an email for a refund to be made with immediate effect.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, nice bar and restaurant. Cable cars running right out front. They are doing everything right! Coffee in the room. Robes. Refrigerator. They even surprised us with champagne and strawberries upon finding out it was our anniversary weekend. Totally unexpected! Totally appreciated! Destiny at the front desk is the best! This is where I'm staying next time I'm in San Francisco!
