Pros +
- The best thing was the 24/7 pool being open. However, considering it was located where you had to walk through a freezing bar to get there. The people were nice except for the young man who was rude to my daughter. She was soaking wet freezing.
- Fast Check in The staff Restaurant next door
- Most comfortable hotel bed, lovely hotel, beautiful view, beautiful outdoor seating for dining, outdoor swimming pool
Cons -
- I have a long list: Had to pay for parking, even as a paying client. Elevator nearly took off my hand Pool was located in such a way you had to parade through an air conditioned Freezing bar with children.
- Dog barking next door Used carpet and furniture Parking fee 12$ Was expecting more for a Delta
- During Covid 19 room cleanliness was not up to par as a dirty face cloth was left on the bathroom sink. I assumed all charges were included with the price and the hotel didn't advise there was a parking charge but charged my card.

Good location, free parking ,very comfortable room for a girls night away and close to the Diplomat Restaurant.
Location excellent. Multiple choices for dining and drinking. Outdoor pool very popular. Staff very attentive and helpful.
Limited space (wardrobe) for clothing.
My daughter loved the bed. She liked the pillow softness. The bathroom was lovely and clean. It was very quiet.
Checkin was a let down. Very unfriendly. The beds were so soft it was very hard to sleep. We were supposed to get a "water view". Instead we viewed the roof. The soap made all of us very itchy. Not enough towels for three. Parking was horrible.
location is awesome. Great walking path to downtown area. It had a Starbucks in the hotel. The TV had a connection box to easily project laptop images on the screen. Great for practising powerpoint!
The rooms look a little dated in the bathroom
