Food was not very good in any restaurant

The staff is so accommodating! The room was exactly as pictured the private sky view romantic. Property is well maintained and breathtaking!

The room air conditioner went out and went to the customer service booth basically they said it was a problem the whole resort was having. The room was hot as ever and for $1300 thats crazy. Staff was really no help. The beach was filled with seaweed to.

All inclusive, clean, great wifi everywhere, great pools, staff served me like a king, best service I’ve ever experienced, anywhere.

Beach had tons of sea weed / algae, like mountains of it on sand that you had to jump/crawl over to get to water. Food is good enough for being all inclusive but not best quality. Good value though.

When I first checked in we had to sit in a room where the staff check you in and I was skipped while others that came after me was helped first which I didn't like. Maybe they need to be more organized in that category.

The hotel does not guarantee bed type. Needed double beds. Called multiple times before arriving. At check in, they told me all double bed rooms were booked. Had to go back and forth for over 20-30 mins for them to “find” an available room.

No main pool.

Bar tenders were great , aside from them service was subpar.

Bathroom&shower area showed signs of extreme wear. Roof top jacuzzi was filthy. We complained & were told it?d be fixed numerous times & not once did it get cleaned. That was the whole purpose of our purchase of the room.Communication with the butler poor

There were several things we found fantastic: 1) the staff was VERY friendly and helpful (eye contact and, "Hola" from everyone; 2) the food was phenomenal! (snapper, mahi-mahi, calamari, octopus, shrimp, great steaks, etc.); 3) Junior (our butler)

The grass was evident on the last days of our stay....but that is not the resort's fault. They cleaned the beach daily

The music at the disco. Must learn to play a variety. Very diverse group. Must play a little bit of everything. Young and told.

The staff who was the pool manager, made us feel like family. I?ve thought of him so many times since I?ve been home. He was just so kind and friendly. I want to go back to see him.

The hotel is only a half hour from the airport. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also very good and lots of options for an all inclusive.
