Great location. Friendly and responsive staff. The room was attractive. The free off-street parking is a bonus. Free coffee in lobby was very welcome. Streetcar stop outside, Restaurants and bars in walking distance.
The bed was a little lumpy. Maybe a new mattress is needed?

We enjoyed the setup of the room, loved the high ceiling and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful.
What we didn’t like, there wasn’t way to close drapes, way too light at night; the hotel sign next door was insanely bright. There were quite a few cleaning issues when we walked in: poorly vacuumed, the outside of the mini fridge was very dirty and so were most surfaces in the bedroom area. Thankfully I bought Clorox wipes to address the issue. Now I’m extremely clean and these things I mentioned may or may not bother others (?)

This hotel was amazing, the sheets were really soft, it was quiet, 4 blocks from Magazine Street, it had tons of restaurants around the hotel within walking distance, they have free parking in a garage that is locked overnight, the room was large with coffee and a mini fridge. Housekeeping was great and the room was very clean.
My room had a weird smell to it, however that may have been the humidity in New Orleans. The garage smelt bad and needs to be pressure washed.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and gave helpful recommendations. Free parking and the streetcar stop just outside the hotel made transportation a breeze.

Location, facility was nice, free parking with a private garage was a plus.
I like to exercise so a hotel gym would've been convenient.
