Food and drinks were good. Great location on the beach hotel employee from guest services was excellent and turned what could have been a bad experience into a very good experience
We got a room which did not cool down and the power went out thrice and the Jacuzzi did not work. Luz from guest services got is another room Check-in process needs to be improved. Seaweed that washes up on shore is thrown back into the sea
