The staff at the restaurants we amazing!

The hotel were closing certain pool areas and restaurants due to renovations. The entertainment needs to improve.

Food and drinks were good. Great location on the beach hotel employee from guest services was excellent and turned what could have been a bad experience into a very good experience

We got a room which did not cool down and the power went out thrice and the Jacuzzi did not work. Luz from guest services got is another room Check-in process needs to be improved. Seaweed that washes up on shore is thrown back into the sea

The beach, accommodation, grounds

Poor hygiene of the main buffet restaurant, hair in the French Fries, handling food without gloves. I got bad diarrhea after 2 days in the hotel, had to take antibiotics. The vacation was ruined.

Landscape, beach, pools, food, staff, everything

a few maid errors, not a problem, no washcloths one day, one elevator was being serviced for a few days, others were available.

The food service, the staff the butler excellent, Martina from the French Restaurant, the beach is so clean, the pools are clean, it is safe I felt so well, didn?t want to leave.

No at all, the hotel is paradise I want to go back again

That was my first visit at the location this week so it's not much I can actually give anything negative on

The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and always tries to make each moment a nice moment always smiling. The location is very nice.

Frigobar of the room did not work, we made a couple of claims, and they did not fix it. It seems maintenance is not on par with the rest of the staff. Similarly the guy at the sports cabin on the beach,he was sleeping all time.

The room is very outdated

The room is very dirty. The mattress is extremely dirty

The only thing that was really worth it about that hotel was the beach

The hotel staff were very rude. The bar area at the adult pool it was nasty and disgusting. We were staying at the Club and the pillows were stained with mold. The most unpleasant thing was that apparently they have an infestation of small cockroaches.

Room service and maid service were excellent

Food wasn?t that great and wait staff were fair. Trying to get a reservation for the restaurant was awful. I had asked a month prior to our trip about restaurant reservations of course they said it would be no problem when we got there.

Beautiful campus and location.

The room itself is not a $--- plus room. It was not very clean or comfortable. It would characterize it as a low grade la Quinta or motel.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful.

The good was simply NOT GOOD. Also not enough variety. Most staff were unfriendly and inattentive. Drinks were bad, wine was bad. We have been to over 10 all inclusives and this was our least favorite. Butler was a joke.

Good options, beautiful settings and room, swim up rooms were wonderful.

The food was lacking in flavor and some of staff were kind of rude.

Customer service, ambiance, beach

I loved everything about this resort. I have visited Majestic Elegance and nothing less than excellent. The show¿s animation team are phenomenal. The pool party too. You don¿t get bored there is wide selection of foods activities and bars .

Yes I don¿t understand why they don¿t have powder coffee COFFEE MATE . This give you regular milk and I¿m lactose intolerant and a coffee drinker . So when I visit the resort I have a hard time with coffee

Property was beautiful.

Cleanliness could have been a lot better. I had to keep asking for towels, my air kept going out. I traveled with a group of 27 to celebrate a high school graduation and my daughter¿s 24th birthday out of 9 rooms 6 of the rooms had an issue.

The pools were excellent.

The room could use some updating. The food was also not very greawt.

It was extremely easy to get around. You could walk to the beach or the kid's club in 5 minutes. The shows were quite good.

The resort was well maintained and clean

Buffet lukewarm at best, staff are disorganized talk loudly amongst themselves. Could be friendlier

The staff is amazing. The resort has an adults only side which is what sold me. Never a shortage of food, but if you like spice you'll have to bring your own.
