Convenient to beach

Noisy neighbor who came in at 12:35am and talked up until 6:30am. Have respect for others in hotel!!!

The staff was fantastic, the room was the perfect size

- food & convenience where anything but convenient. The walk to get any food other than wings is insane, the pillows were horrible and cleanliness was an issue.

many of the amenities advertised were not available, and amenities at the hotel were under construction / out of commission. no accessibility gym (¿closed¿) , no roof top pool (¿under construction¿), no breakfast, lobby coffee machine was broken.

I liked most everything. Yes you will find things wrong if you are unhappy and look for things. But 5 days for me was great. Nothing was worth stressing over

Not enough parking. We rented the family room ( 3 full beds) and were provided with only 3 towels, prompting us to have to return to desk to request 3 additional towels. Air conditioner vent caked with dust/ dirt!

Location (right off the beach), friendly staff.

It was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy any of the accommodations, due to the pandemic, and restrictions.

The location is great. Very close to the beach and the restaurants and stores.

There was black mold on the ceiling of my room. For $-- per night and especially during covid times there should not be black mold on the room ceiling. The room smelled damp also. The door to walk into the lobby for check in was leaking water.

Great location. Clean and spacious room. Friendly front desk staff and breakfast.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Love the hot tub.

There was a weird smell in the hallway and it crept into our room. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Waffles and coffee machine were my go to items, which unfortunately were not very healthy options. The eggs and fruit selections could use improvement.

Location on Coastal Highway with quick access to Trolley service. We use this hotel on Friday night to avoid the weekend traffic. Have done so for a number of years. Can't beat the complimentary breakfast and staff has always been nice.

Location was good. Pool was nice, bit cloudy but still felt clean.

Beds weren't comfortable, hard to reach the desired temperature of 71 degrees F. We were there for 3 nights but the maid service didn't come 2nd day. Breakfast had good variety but eggs were pretty awful.

The location and staff. The breakfast was better than most "Continental Breakfast" at other hotels. I have to admit that i was pleasantly surprised.

The sheets were clean but a little dingy.

lamp shade filthy, curtains & blankets could have been cleaner along with walls floors. overall room needed a good cleaning
