Nothing I can think of

No personalized service. Had to pay $60.00 for early checkin. Was being charged $293.00 for apparent late check out because we hit checkout on our mobile at 11:01am Reaching someone on intercom long wait and jumbled. Coupled with abominable traffic noise

Bathroom Floor was not Clean. Parking was a problem.

Lounge misrepresented, no access. No waters in room as advertised. Difficultly parking late evening. Long wait on phone to speak to staff. Housekeeping speaking so loud outside rooms in early a.m. this is old motel and staff should be courteous

Location next to Barcelona, liquor store below and Easy access to checkin to room direct without a front desk person

Bed bugs. Dirty floors. No microwave or refrigerator. No TV service unless you used yours. The free service kept cutting out

The noise! I came here to rest and very early in the morning they started landscaping (blower, maintenance, etc) what sounded like right outside my door. I was so annoyed. Then the staff started speaking so loudly and knocking on the door every 20 mins.

The handicapped room was great! Nice and clean and worked well for my spouse that is disabled.

Arrived at the hotel with no place to park. Mothers Day and so many people were dining at the restaurant. Had to call and let hotel management know. A little later there were spaces. Valets should have been more considerate for hotel guests.

No regular or popular TV Channels No Refrigerator

The location. I'd stay here again because of the location. There is really nothing else near Sacred Heart University. Bed was comfortable but the AC kept going between blowing very cold air to shutting off. It was very noisy.

No idea why this is called a "high tech" hotel. Is it the horrible "self serve" check in experience? No light outside the door so I couldn't see the keypad at night. Uncomfortable and weird chairs. No microwave or refrigerator. Noisy AC.

Located off the interstate, but still quiet

Smoke alarms went off at 7:00. There are signs everywhere about how sensitive the smoke alarms are. There is a sign warning you that opening the bathroom door right after a shower could trigger the alarm

Very cute eclectic hotel. Nice clean room and beautiful bathroom! Adorable common lounge area as well!

Housekeeping opened our door before checkout time while we were sleeping!

Room was very clean and style was really modern and relaxing and gave complementary waters. I didn¿t mind the high way sounds, felt like white noise. Very convenient check in process even though we arrived past midnight.

Bed was a little too soft and price was just okay but overall great experience.

no people at the office, so had to track down manager when couldn’t check in “contactless”. Room smelled string like cleaner, vent in bathroom broken, tv remote was broken and stuck on loud volume, and I heard staff out my window until 11pm smoking

See above. I should have been Iferred a room change, but was not.

Clean comfortable room

Self service checkiin was a shock. No glasses, ice or vending. Card said breakfast, there was no breakfast.

No means of paying cash and no desk staff made adjustments and requests difficult

It's proximity to the highway. The noise from traffic was constant. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Prefer more bathroom amenities like hand lotion

The breakfast, included in the room cost, was quite good.

I didn't like that the idea of it being hi tech and therefore convenient as being an excuse to have nobody around at all. The room had lean necessities with a high tech TV where I could not access CNN. No plastic bags for laundry, products from dispensers
