Food was great and pools were nice. Aqua bike was awesome

Beach very short and seaweed was terrible. They need a microphone or even a small PA for entertainment staff, they stand and yell at top of lungs, that rediculous when you can buy a portable microphone for very little.

The pools are really nice

Location is secluded, no mini bar with liquor in room , room service menu should be updated , restaurants need better meal options , there was no seafood/lobster available

I recommend a swim up room with a tropical view for maximum relaxation. The trees hide you from others as you relax at the pool connected to your room. The staff stops by occasionally to ask if you want drinks or food so you never have to stop relaxing.

Not really. If you like shows theirs only 2 for entertainment. But that wasn?t huge for me.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly nice we had something to do everyday everything was wonderful it was our anniversary and they made it very special we will be back next year

The room AC was not working properly. It was corrected after reporting it twice.

The party atmosphere was amazing!

The food was not great. And at the pool they reused plastic cups - which were not washed properly at busy times. Check in took over 2 hours which was very frustrating!!

The amenities the staff the pool and over place is so clean

The food was average nothing that wow me. The rice at the Asian spot was so hard. The breakfast was decent but same thing every morning as well as lunch. Dinner on the beach last wed the beef was tuff and the rice cold.

I loved everything! The restaurants, the entertainment, the staff, the SPA (awesome-A MUST), the pool, and especially my room.

The Staff is very friendly.

The food was sub par throughout. Been to Mexico many times and will not recommend this resort. Also beach almost unusable due to rocks. Very boring at night due to night club being open only one night.

Everything about this resort was wonderful. Second visit . Everyone speaks that works there. Happy faces and employees. Management must be the boom to work for. Thank you

The food was amazing and the staff was friendly.

The check-in time exceed two hours of us standing in the lobby. We were not offered a place to change, or sit and eat, just told we had to check in with the one person they had working that day. Lost 2 hours of my trip

The waiters and waitresses at each restaurant and by the pool were very friendly and timely.

The main pool has a very rough bottom which is hard on your feet and very uncomfortable and almost painful to walk or stand on.

This place was a blast! The pools were always fun. Staff was energetic, quick, and courteous. Housekeeping was top notch everyday. Upgrade to Xhale.

All inclusive and the swim out room was great!

We were told in order to make a reservation at one of the restaurants, we had to buy two bottles of wine, to later find out we did not. We spent $160 and barely drank the wine because we are not huge wine drinkers. We¿re only compensated $24 off.

The rooms were large and very clean. The day-to-day staff - bartenders, servers, pizza maker, games, etc - were great.

The food is NOT good, hot water was scarce, everything is an upgrade - for example, to make a dinner reservation for our large group we were told we had to pay! There are LOTS of better options out there, especially for the money they charge! Stay away.

The sand on the beach was so soft, felt like I was walking on flour. Pools were warm, but enough to be refreshing. The day time entertainment was nice.

The food was not good. Habachi only seasoned the food with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Room service food was cold, buffet food was cold. I loved off the fruit and omelette station (which was average at best).

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL... I LOVE BREATHLESS PERIOD. CANCUN BREATHLESS DEFINITELY BETTER THAN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BREATHLESS!!!! THE FOOD WAS GREAT ESSPICALLY FOR ALL INCLUSIVE. MY ROOM WAS THE BEST WITH THAT OCEAN VIEW. FRIENDLY AND CLEAN STAFF

WE WERE PROMISED US MASSAGES AND DINNER ON BEACH WITH OUR ROOM AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT! I DIDN'T LIKE THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THAT, AT ALL!

The staff was great and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean as well.

No hot water at night for the shower.
