Location

The staff was rude and for the most part not helpful. Very few of the staff understood English which is generally not a huge deal as I do know some Spanish, but am definitely not fluent. The room was outdated and AC intermittently worked.

toilet plugged twice, no one told us that you could not put toilet paper in the toilet !!! Also , unable to get a lounge chair at the pool or the beach as people set up chairs with their towels early in the morning ,

We Had a leak At the ceiling for 4 days in the bathroom and we call costumers service no buddy fixes....

Landscaping well groomed and clean

9 out of 10 restaurants a reservation is necessary in advance!!!! Preferably a day in advance!!!!! We were not informed of this very important condition and various other issues that were omitted.?.eg. getting pool towels a day before

This was the worst hotel I¿ve ever been to in my life we didn¿t have a clean room when we got there and they gave us the wrong room when we got there ordered a oceanfront and we were actually not in an oceanfront so we finally got it changed

The price

The TV didn¿t work, there were amenities listed online that they didn¿t have I had roaches in my room , the signage was confusing , they mostly catered to Spanish speaking guests.

Only the location.

Everything but the location. This hotel is a train wreck. Filthy rooms. Poor staff. No security. Horrible food.

Nothing. The room was dirty and infested with bugs. The air-conditioner did not work. They had no towels. The room had a mild and mildew odor.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms have a good size. The Swimming pools are great. But, the very best thing is the pristine beach just in front of it. Simply outstanding! Very clean. 7 restaurants. And everything is at a short distance.

The beach seats need to be replace immediately. Room furniture update is also needed. The air conditioning system needs improvement.

The location is amazing. Great outdoor structure and great view. That is the one of the best beaches in Punta Cana.

The food was not good. If you are luck, you could find something well made. food sucked in oil, overcooked... Didn't taste good at all.

THE SCENERIO OR VIEW FROM OUR ROOM ABLE TO OVERLOOK THE POOL AND THE OCEAN. THE LANDSCAPING WAS BEAUTIFUL THE POOL DESING WITH THE WET BAR WAS ESCELLENT. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY OVER AGAIN.

THE TV DID NOT WORK FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD, DESPITE THAT WE REPORTED IT TO MANAGMENT, MAINTANENCE CAME ONCE AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE THE TV AND THEY NEVER DID.THE LATCH ON THE SLIDING BALCONY DOOR BROKEN.THE TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN

Nothing stands out as exceptional.

The food was mediocre. Definitely not enough pool/beach chairs available for the number of guest at any time, the ac wasn¿t the best, our toilet was running the moment we arrived and we kept having to fix it. Overall would not recommend.

Nothing since day one no TV work no towel in the room room smell like mold on Sunday January 4 a/c don't work slept without a/c the whole night.what a vacation.

Nothing need my money back.

Size and Employees

Room was not what I ordered. asked for king bed and got 2 full beds. Transferred to new room and Tv didn't work, air conditioner barley worked. No hand towels (Understandable but inconvenient). 3 days and they never fixed tv issues or ac.

The beach was the best in the area!

The food was horrible, the maids never could understand ANYTHING even with a translator. The ac kinda worked, the towel packs were hanging off the wall, they put the locals first and give them the best selections, could never get meal reservations.
