Location close to the stores and highway.

All the road work that is going on at the street of the entrance.

The hotel staff responded to our complaints about the noisy HVAC system and the lack of soap in the suite.

The HVAC system was noisy. Soap was not provided for all sinks in suite.

The breakfast is fantastic! The overall stay is quite comfortable but I wish there were queen size beds instead of double beds. Beds are comfortable but not spacious. Love that the bedroom is separated from the living room with a door.

There are double beds and I like Queen size beds when 2 adults are sleeping in a bed together

The pleasant staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast crew was exceptional (handled a large number of people excellently). The fitness center actually had WET disinfectant wipes!

It needs some room renovations. The rooms look old as well as furniture in the rooms. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything.

The hotel has to get their heating system fixed because it?s was cold and I had to change my room at 1:30 am in the morning.

The heating system was not functioning, it was cold in my room.

Good value. Spacious rooms.

Housekeeping could be a little more attentive to details (refilling shampoo, creamers for coffee, etc.)

Breakfast option

The room did not seem to be up to Embassy standards. The room was not thoroughly clean. The bed seemed to be sitting lower than other Embassy beds. The room overall needs some tender loving care.

The decor is peaceful, beautiful. Evening reception very nice with best bartender. Great breakfast selections. Spacious comfy rooms.

45min wait for an omelet. Additional cooks needed.

I liked that the staff still remembered me by name even after I haven't stayed there in a while.

The hotel rooms are dated. There are no USB hookups in the rooms to charge our phones and iPad. I only brought one charger with me and had 3 different devices so I had to rotate charging them. Also, the TV's are small compared to TV's in never hotels.

Wonderful, filling breakfast with make to order omelettes and pancakes.

This hotel is adjacent to a loud highway, which can either bother people?s sleep or not.

Early check in, breakfast & dinner food was great.

Tried to get a cup of coffee at 5 pm. Went to the bar. Sent to their restaurant. I went and was told..no coffee. I was your kidding right? No. No coffee. you wait, I'll get you a coffee. He then walked to the coffee machine and got me a cup of coffee

There was an issue with the cooling system. We would wake up at about 6 am sweating. It worked throughout the day and evening but in the early morning the room was hot. The hotel is older. The bathroom wasn?t cleaned as there was hair on the bathtub.

The room are out of date and dirty it felt gross to be there I had to get my room changed twice when I arrived from an 8 hour trip. Ppl smoking drugs all over The same night there was a huge fight in the hallway I called the from desk and reported

Had to ask twice to get room cleaning. Lousy food--watery oatmeal, no peanut butter for days, Totally nonspecial, particularly for the price.

I love the fact the hotel had the everything I needed. My kids were able to swim and eat. The hotel was spacious and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were a bit outdated and there was stains on the wall in the bathroom the curtains were broken. The wallpaper should be removed and carpet replaced.
