- Peaceful quit and a great price
- I discovered old blood stains on my sheets and called guest services to have them changed as they obviously weren't changed before my stay. I called around 7:50 and was told that someone would be up immediately to change the sheets. After 2 hours the sheets were still on my bed even though housekeeping were finishing up on my floor and had skipped my room. I had to find a maid myself to get the sheets replaced.Not only is it absolutely disgusting to that I slept in sheets that werent changed. I slept in sheets that were a biohazardous. And when I called I guest services they didnt even alert the cleaning service to replace my sheets my even though I was told someone was coming up right away. I contacted support to have this reported because again blood is a biohazard and was meant with indifference and told contact guest service repeatedly even though I had already stated they were aware and did nothing.
