Location very good. Right in the heart of the French Quarter. Beds were comfortable. Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Good security in place.
Could have been cleaner. For what we paid, I expected a bit better, but you pay for the location here for sure. Didn't go down for complementary drinks because the lobby was quite cold.

Everything was really nice. Hotel is beautiful.
I left two shirts in the closet. Filed the claim through "I left my stuff". Hotel claims they did not find anything. $100 for two shirts. I really hope they find them. FYI...they were in the closet!

Location was amazing. One corner from all the action on Bourbon Street. One of the best hotel breakfast options I have ever had. One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The Room was HUGE and overlooked the pool. There were pool parties on afternoons, so if you dont like to hear music this room would not be for you

EVERYTHING!! The location was perfect. The room was spacious. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The receptionist allowed us to check in early as we were here to celebrate my husband's birthday. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants on site were perfection! We had drinks along with BBQ sliders and chicken/sausage gumbo at the bar. I had the signature Wood Grilled Redfish with Louisiana Crawfish Tails; my taste buds are still tapdancing on the flavor; Louisiana Crawfish Dip and Honey-Crystal Shrimp appetizers were superb! Sitting on the balcony was a nice vibe. We always felt safe. Off site and directly across the street is the Hot and Cajun Boil House; if you love seafood boils, this is a hit, especially when walking back from Bourbon Street. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
It's not a dislike... but the water was very hot coming out of the faucet, so be cautious if you have small children. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the Hyatt.

Great location. Great concierge and help with luggage and front door. Pool and gym look nice. Bed was comfortable. Courtyard is very pretty. Bring extra lighting and white/brown noise maker. Rooms are dark and some are noisy.
Elevators do not have a certificate in them. There are 3 elevators and usually one or two were not working. They also look and feel old. Get a 2nd level floor so you can use the stairs. No free coffee in lobby. You have to make it in your room. No microwave. Bring a noise maker or use an app incase it’s noisy. We had a courtyard facing room so it was only loud when EMS sirens drove by and people in the hallways were talking outside my door, but my friends room was facing the street and he said it was very noisy.
