Modern. Easy location. Comfortable room.

Dusty. Mattress on sofa bed was badly stained

Clean, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was good and plenty of hot options.

No hot tub. How do you have a pool and no hot tub?

They told us we weren’t allowed in the lobby after 11. It was stupid. We were a softball team and the kids wanted to all hang out and eat pizza after their games and we got told we had to leave the lobby.

Room 214 had full length mirror off the wall and leaning on table! We had to change rooms! Elevator floor had sticky substance which was never cleaned up.

The room was a nice size and accommodating to up to 4 guests.

When you enter the hotel no one is at the front desk. Our arrival was at 7pm, we had to contact the front desk via the phone next to the front desk for assistance. The incidental fee was $150, which is more than I’ve been charged even at a Hilton brand.

The only reason we booked here was because of the pool and of course they said it was broke and the lady at the front desk kept telling us it would be fixed a different times that evening and Everytime you go to the lobby she's outside on the patio

The room was clean

The phone did not work, the shower did not have good pressure, the water was not hot for me but my wife said it was ok.

I had to change rooms several times due to the shower wasn?t getting hot

Very quiet and clean

The first room we were given hadn?t been cleaned. The bed was a mess and the bathroom was as well with towels laying everywhere

The check in was kind of strange, no one at the desk, sign said to pick up phone and call for assistance, also she was not very welcoming

Fitness center, room was spacious

Presence is important, and cleanliness is also important having no elevator was kinda a pain.

No water pressure in the shower. I had to get out and wash my hair in the sink!!! Elevators were broken. Hotel was only half full, but the squeezed all the guests into the same section which made it very noisy. Not a good hotel.

Cost and close to Highway.

close to where i needed to go. when i stayed the second night the front desk clerk was real nice and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay.

You could only take the stairs and we were on the third floor!

The elevator didn?t work and we were on the second floor. Also the breakfast east the worst I have seen in any motel. Lack of food, the only thing I could eat were the pancakes.

Room was spacious and clean, and staff was friendly.

TV didn't work in our room, but the front desk person changed our room, so it was fine.

The staff was very friendly and the room was perfect. Very clean and fully stocked. I will make my friends and family aware. The continental breakfast was great.

Ok for the star level

The room had a little funky smell but not awful. Probably just from sitting empty. Shower needs a grab bar desperately!

The staff was attentive at breakfast and at entry. The hotel seemed not to distantly updated.

My son and I enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The room was big and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
