Room was very nice and clean bed was very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower

Breakfast was not so good. Servant was not refilling breakfast items, eggs, sausages etc. Whatever that was being served. She stated she was busy doing other stuff. Thumbs down on the breakfast

Not much this stay

Where do I begin? The girl at check in was very short and actually kind of snotty, not friendly at all. I asked for a room close to the elevator and got a sweet eye roll. We got to the room, changed for the evening and then I realized that the bathroom floor was all sticky. I put a towel down, so, fine. I then realized that every surface was sticky like the floor. Kind of gross. I wanted to go down and change rooms, but my husband had fallen asleep after a long drive. At night, there was a parking lot light directly out if the window and the curtains dont close to cover the sheets, so yeah, quite bright in the room. There was very low water pressure in the sink and the shower. Breakfast, wow, omelets...rubbery eggs, sausage...over cooked dry and hard. Thank God for cereal, 2 choices tho. When it was time to check out, I told the guy about the sticky floor and other issues and he immediately changed his attitude and just said, well, I'm not trying to make excuses, but we changed cleaners and we're trying to figure it out. No, not ok, it was an excuse. At that point I just told him we wouldn't be back. We've stayed here before and its been great! The employees have always been kind and friendly, not dismissive like this stay. We were just there a few weeks ago and I even left an excellent review. It was impeccable. Clean. I didnt stick to the floor and breakfast was fantastic. It was a lovely stay. I dont know what happened but the dismissive it all I think was the worst, and that was from both front desk clerks. I'll find another hotel nearby next time.
