The room was roomy and comfortable. The weather was good so we enjoyed the balcony

Love the courtyard next to the pool and the bar and coffee shop areas next to the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It could use some updating but it wasn’t a big issue for us, kind of added to the Old World charm of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great. Just one block from Bourbon street. We walked everywhere. The hotel was very clean. Staff was great.

This hotels location is fantastic. I was able to walk to all the attraction i was going to including the boat trip and Bourbon street..

The room was good but the comfort of my king size bed was not good.

The hotel is located in the French Quarter, just a short walk from Bourbon Street. We had a very nice room with a balcony. It actually worked out well that the hotel was set a bit away from Bourbon Street itself, since that area can get quite noisy in the evenings. We prefer peace and quiet, but it was still great to be close to all the action.Overall, we had a very positive experience — both with the hotel itself and its location. The room was clean, and the balcony was fantastic. We had breakfast and coffee out there — just perfect. The hotel is also conveniently located near the port, the sightseeing bus stop, and many of the main attractions. Everything was within walking distance — cafés, restaurants, shops. We could easily get around without needing a car. Great location overall.

I think it would be great if the parking fee were a bit lower — though I understand, it’s the French Quarter, right in the city center. Still, $45 per night feels a bit high.One more thing — we’re still trying to sort out the deposit. The hotel says it has been refunded, but we haven’t seen it on our account yet, so that’s still a bit of an issue.Other than that, the hotel is very good overall.

The location is amazing. Super close to Bourbon St but without the noise. We had a lovely room with a street view balcony and were able to sit out and enjoy the scenery. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff is spectacular!

Excellent location, the hotel is very pretty inside. We loved getting some coffee or lunch at the little shop and eating it in the lovely courtyard. The deluxe room was very roomy. Best water pressure ever in the shower!

Perfect location. Room fit our needs. Read numerous reviews, not sure why people look for so many issues. The front desk staff to the valet were all great and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel.
