Hotel St. Marie

Hotel is in a great spot and valet is AMAZING.

What they dont tell you is all of the extra fees and they only pull one night off your card when you book. You will need to call the hotel directly after booking for an actual amount due so you aren't hit with a $400 bill AFTER booking like we did.

the valet parking. I dont mind paying to park but having to tip someone to get our car and bring our bags up seemed ridiculous. Our car was like 100 yards away and we each only brought one small bag

Location was great, parking was easy, hotel was roomy and not overcrowded. Loved our room and view but had a hiccup with the rain coming through the balcony doors. Staff was polite and helpful.

When it rains it pours through the balcony door, and we had to use all out towels to get the water soaked up. Restaurant and coffee shop were horrible, very dirty and waiter was super rude. The bartender did step in and help us out with our request.

Location was the only plus

Dirty rooms, non working lights, missing outlet covers, peeling wallpaper, bed broken down and very uncomfortable. Would not reccommend.

The location was perfect. I loved also having a cafe downstairs. It felt authentic to New Orleans. Staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was also very comfortable.

The room was small and thr ceilings were low. Small things like wall paper pulling up and dents in walls need repair.

The hotel is gorgeous. So quaint and historical. Perfect location. Though room was small it was still gorgeous. Staff was nice particularly Gerome the parking attendant. when asked about parade at desk we weren't able to get information.

We weren't able to adjust thermostat. Seemed to need a pin to adjust and it was late in evening to call front desk to bother. Had no hot water. We told front desk hoping for some sort of credit, instead told have to wake up earlier than 945.

Location! The mini fridge was a super nice amenity to throw some waters in as well. Like the shower with the extra room and great water pressure.

No hand soap or any soap in the room at all. No hairdryer in the room. No tv or WiFi. The hotel reviews and ratings online is was influenced my decision to book it. It did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the extra $34.00 for valet.

Location, comfort and charm of old town updated hotel. Loved the brick walls. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Slept soundly! Appreciated being able to control the room temperature. Easy to walk to all areas of French Quarter. Staff attentive.

We were in the annex building and the doors would close loudly with a bang, but thankfully we were so comfortable and sleeping so soundly in our beds that our sleep was not disturbed.

Staff was accommodating.

Would have preferred heavier blanket. One of the sheets was stained.

Location, size, food was awesome, staff amazing.

The old style character was wonderful!! Rooms were spacious!! The staff was amazing when we checked in she went out of her way to help me!! Wonderful customer service.

The hot water want very hot

the location was perfect. we walked everywhere! we did not hear a sound from the outside. every once in a while we would hear a door from the hallway close, but that's it.

wish it had a gym, but was too busy eating to use it anyway :)

On the french quarter and very clean

I felt we were in the center of everything. Easy walk to fun! The staff was friendly and accommodating!

I would have liked a small microwave.

Convenient to most of the places we went. Valcherie Restaurant located in hotel served very good food with a pleasant and attentive wait staff.

Hotel desk staff did not seem to be very knowledgeable about French Quarter in general.

Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, and very nice updated rooms.

We have stayed here twice, and will be going back!! The hotel is clean,has character,and is perfectly located for us. We park our vehicle and walk/trolley/Uber everywhere. We mainly walk because hotel is within a 30 minute walk of almost everywhere we go.
