- Staff and room size
- Close to everything
- Location was great, parking was easy, hotel was roomy and not overcrowded. Loved our room and view but had a hiccup with the rain coming through the balcony doors. Staff was polite and helpful.
Cons -
- the valet parking. I dont mind paying to park but having to tip someone to get our car and bring our bags up seemed ridiculous. Our car was like 100 yards away and we each only brought one small bag
- When it rains it pours through the balcony door, and we had to use all out towels to get the water soaked up. Restaurant and coffee shop were horrible, very dirty and waiter was super rude. The bartender did step in and help us out with our request.
- Dirty rooms, non working lights, missing outlet covers, peeling wallpaper, bed broken down and very uncomfortable. Would not reccommend.
