The location is wonderful. In the middle of the french quarter. Perfect for spending 3 days in the quarter, with all attracting within walking distance.It was expensive, particularly along the weekend, but what would you expect in the middle of the french quarter?The breakfast was good, however, we would have preferred a buffet rather than a choice of menu items.The staff was accommodative and helpful.

There was no gym in the hotel.

It was very expensive but we were there Halloween parade weekend so everywhere was expensive.

Balcony was nice. Room seemed clean enough. Lobby and pool area looks very nice and updated.Valet was super helpful and safe when requesting rides. They provide shampoo and conditioner. Room attendants made beds well and did not steal anything when we had purses with cash and jewelry laying around while swimming.

Water pressure and water temperature. You had no choice but to take cold shower unless you have time to wait 20mn for the water to be room temperature. This was devasting because we were there for 7 days. Lights in the hotel room need updated. Our lamp did not have light bulbs and we requested to have them come up and the lamp had two ports for the light bulbs and only one worked. TV also was very outdated and screen had defects. There are hidden fees they don't tell you about up front. Lobby and pool area looks very nice and updated however. Employees are not too informed when you ask them questions. Requesting anything took forever to receive and the staff was stingy with requesting toilet paper and bath towels.

I love the location close to everything

Location was so convenient and the place was clean, my only problem was breakfast was way too expensive and bad quality food.

The location was excellent. Being one block away from Bourbon Street afforded me all the privileges without all of the noise and overcrowding. The location was great- everything I needed was within walking distance. I was able to easily walk to Bourbon Street, Cemetery #1, street car, and all other key attractions.

Price on last day of my stay was extremely inflated because of it being the weekend and first day of Mardi Gras parades.

Great location and nice rooms. Great concierge staff and valet parking staff. Valet parking was great.

Unfortunately we were placed in the room right next to the lifts. All night and early morning you could hear the lifts going up and down. Luckily I can sleep through most things but it was annoying when in the room. Concierge and valet parking staff were awesome, same could not be said about reception staff.

Great location for French quarter. We stayed here 6 years ago hence revisited however the decoration in the rooms and public areas are tired now and could be improved. Whist most staff were friendly we certainly experienced one member of reception staff who was unhelpful if not rude. All in all a bit disappointing as we recommended this hotel to our friends who were travelling with us.
