I liked the charm and history or this hotel. The location is great . . Right in the French Quarter. The size of the room was a pleasant surprise. It’s very spacious! Also, the restaurant discount was a nice perk. And the staff very courteous and friendly

Nothing major. More channel options on the tv. Minor cosmetic things. But, given the age of the building, thes things are expected and not anything that would deter me from staying there again

The restaurant was 1 star. The biscuit and gravy was a cut up sausage patty with what tasted like a seafood based gravy and the grits were so watery I would have needed a straw to to eat them.

Hotel’s concierge staff was awesome. Knowledgeable and helpful, great advice and tips!

The window shade in the room was in need of repair.

Hallway leaking water, parking extremely to high the restaurant attach was rude and unprofessional. The chair in my room was broken and not enough towels shower soap holder broke .

Tv needs replaced (several dead spots in screen and can?t stream to). Bathroom is small and shower allows water to splash and run all over.

The restaurant, Twisted Waffle, was not up to the standard of the hotel. The service was unprofessional and rude. The food was overpriced and not very good.

It is a great location, has a beautiful courtyard pool, and the room was cute and had plenty of room for 2 guests in 2 double beds. The staff was super helpful and kind.

The bathroom was tiny.

The pool courtyard is great and well maintained. The location is far enough from the super noisy party areas but still close enough to walk to the tourist attractions.

For some reason Uber will not pick up in front of this hotel. I don?t know if that?s a hotel issue or an Uber issue but you have to walk a block down to get picked up.

Staff was outstanding! Super kind and VERY welcoming every day from check in to check out. Location was great, literally a minute walk to get to bourbon st.. Pool was amazing.

It would have been helpful if the hotel room had more than two drawers for clothing.

The beds were super comfortable. The location was excellent. It was a very short walk to the famous Bourbon St. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Location was spectacular

It was the rudest experience we¿ve ever had with the front desk clerk . She insisted we didn¿t have a room, refused to even look at our reservation and told us not to be rude. Which we weren¿t despite the fact that she was. It was ridiculous honestly.

We had a difficult time getting a non toxic room. They were refinishing the tubs in each floor. Upon entering our first three rooms, the fumes gave you an immediate headache. I was later told they shut the floor down. Room lighting was very poor.
