Excellent location, and great service.
The resort fee. I don’t feel like I got any added value. It was just a needless up-charge.

Very nice property and the location was what we wanted. Staff very nice.
We had a very annoying sound all one morning. The desk said some remodeling was being done. It sounded like a jack hammer for several hours.

The location was great. Your concierge was great and helped us with locating great restaurants and highlights of the city. She was extremely friendly with an amazing personality.
We thought when we checked in and checked out the front desk receptionists could have been a little friendlier. They seemed all business, no smiles. When we checked out were not even asked how are stay was, and it was not busy either time. It may have been a bad day for them but a friendly face is more welcoming.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast in Le Croissant was excellent. Waitstaff was great.
Hotel was very large. If one has an issue with walking it would be difficult. There was a parade that kept us from getting to this location for two hours - as we had our car and couldn't leave it - unlike a taxi where you could just get out and walk. Signs in the parking garage were confusing so it was difficult to park near the elevators as you couldn't tell where they were.even though there were signs that said elevators with an arrow.

The house keeping are very nice and very helpful. All staff are nice and friendly. The food is good and the facilities are good.
1. We arrived at 11:30 pm and there was no one to help us with the luggages which is not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel with events planned ahead. Even if they do not usually accommodate late night, but the week was exceptional with international attendees and blocks of rooms reserved.2. No vending machines to get water after the cafes closes at 7:00 pm.

The location of the hotel was good.
The Hidden fees when you get to the hotel. Like paying for parking or Valet. And then that charger a "Urben Fee" and tell the guests that it is MANDATORY.. And give the guest some lame excuse to keep the cost of the room price from going UP!!!!! My room was $283 per night and i couldn't get a receipt because i book through a three party and that couldn't see what i paid for the ROOM!!!! So i will check with the hotel before i book with booking.com.

I absolutely loved this beautiful hotel and would stay a million times more!
My only complaint is that the toilet sat too low! It was a struggle.
