- Food is horrible, buffets with lots of stuff but nothing good. Horrible a la carte restaurants, drinks weren't good either. Most staff are not very nice and they seem so unhappy, I don't blame them though, they work 12 hour shifts 12 days in a row.

The food tasted great, not bland. The staff was friendly at all times.
We had 2 rooms. The one my parents stayed in had a roach and the king sized bed had a broken baseboard. We were offered a room change but upon returning from breakfast we found a sandwich bed in the room. My parents had to sleep in separate beds.
