- The friendliness of the staff. How willing the staff was to assist.
- The facilities were great.
- Night time entertainment was excellent all but one night.
Cons -
- It was not really close to anything. Felt a little trap.
- The hotel had only been open for 2 weeks prior to me arriving. Also, 5 members of staff said I was on WiFi and was charged $500 and service stopped by carrier and hotel didn't accecpt responsibility. There are several other snafus but I'm out of room.
- My room was on the first floor and it rained two nights and water came from my ceiling into the bathroom and all my bath towels were soaked. Every morning I was woken up early by staff coming in to work; laughing,talking,screaming. Food just average!

Night time entertainment was excellent all but one night.

For an all inclusive resort, the buffets had a good selection of food and it was actually tasty. The staff do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Some staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
My only complaint is that they need to do something about the mosquitoes. However, they do offer bug spray at the lobby and buffets. But I feel like that was not a lasting solution when you are in and out of pools and the beach all day long.
