It was quiet, clean, and pet friendly.

The location wasn't as close to the beach as expected.

It?s clean and my quiet place. The amenities are a plus! The staff is so nice I love them

For the price we paid, it surpassed all of our expectations !

The food selection at the bistro was limited. The website is vague about the bistro ¿ we expected a « real » restaurant.

WE HAD A VERY BAD TIME, THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE CAMARAS AT PARKING LOT AND MORE SUCURITY, PLACE IS NOT SAFE

Our car was VANDALIZED AT PARKING LOT,OUR CAR WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM( FIRST FLOOR )SOMEONE BETWEEN 3 AM TO 7 AM BROKE OUR CAR REAR GLASS WINDOW .PARKING LOT HAS NO CAMARAS AND NO SECURITY AT ALL.PLACE IS NOT SAFE. GLASS REPLACEMENT COST ME $1,450

Walls lack adequate insulation so you can definitely hear the guests in the next room over. TV had issues, maintenance couldn't fix it. They were apologetic but I wasn't happy about having to buy an internet pkg and and watch my laptop in bed.

The location was close enough to the sightseeing that we wanted to do. We gave ourselves a half day to see the oldest city in North America. There were Definitely things that we missed but for the most part we felt like we saw the most important.

Yes, I felt like there was too much packed into the first floor. There was a group waiting in the lobby for A shuttle and the lobby was right next to check-in So it was loud.

The staff was friendly and the beds are soft. Paul Mitchell products in bathroom is always nice.

I have nothing negative to say about it, its not perfect nor high end furnishings, but I have stayed here numerous times without anything negative.
