The balconies with the ocean views were great

Dumb thing but if you are going to advertise that you have a coffee maker in the room, you should provide the coffee. I asked at the desk for coffee and they told me they don't provide it.

Location

Towels were scratchy, no coffee provided although a coffee pot is there. Kitchen supplies very limited and we were asked to wash our dishes before we left leaving me to think that the next person will get dishes as clean as I make them.

The location is wonderful. Equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a small table. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the pool area. The lobby was welcoming and the restaurant staff were very nice. Plenty of parking available.

Bring your own coffee for the room. It is not supplied by the hotel.

The room was clean and spotless. Felt like the room had recently been updated.

The staff were indifferent. They hardly smiled. I did not feel like they enjoyed their job. the restaurant attached to this hotel was horrible. The food was stale and overpriced. Do not eat at the restaurant. Eat somewhere else.

The hotel was in a great location the beach is right there and the pool was very nice. It even has a cafe that you can eat at. The rooms are spacious and have enough beds for all four of the guests.

The rooms need to be updated. I think this place could be a 5 Star hotel if they just updated the rooms and took the time to really clean them.

Nice big room ocean front hotel.

The beds did not have blankets, only a top sheet. The shower was tough to use, had to jump in either ice cold or hot water to adjust the temperature.

The location was excellent, staff was friendly, and the food at the cafe was really good.

I enjoyed the view the most, I say that because I'm an "ocean loving girl". I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly staff. At 2am a gentleman was kind enough to bring an extra blanket with a smile on his face.Will definitely be back.

Check-in took 30 minutes. Then the room card didn¿t work so I had to go back down to lobby again. Very understaffed.

Location and views from the room overlooking the pool and beach. Hotel staff was very friendly. Lots of room in our King suite. Loved opening the balcony door to hear the music at the pool.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. The restaurant was not that great and was overpriced.

Location, service, & the room were wonderful. Having the kitchenette was great & unexpected.

Left behind a pair of pants & a belt. Called the hotel, they had me call housekeeping. I left 2 voicemails & no one called me back.

Hotel was right on the beach. The pool was very warm (heated) and relaxing. The room staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning didn't work either night we stayed and smoke from bottom floor penetrated our room. Also, when we asked for an extra blanket was told by the front desk there was only 1 left and we had to come get it.
