The rooms were spacious and clean

The external environment was run down .Horrendous instant coffee.

We were able to make a same-day reservation when we were forced to stay overnight after a hospital visit.

A bit outdated.

No aircon, stairs with luggage not safe & strenuous, no undercover parking got soaked in a downpour, staff barely acknowledged me during check in.... awful outlook from balcony. Just not a nice place at all.

No air conditioning on hotest night ever.Needed attention to detail for cleaning. Not aware of major renovations in progress.

Super clean and spacious room and really quiet (had a room down the back)

Bathroom and toilet a little dated, but was ok for our needs.

Good location near city center, Carpark, spacious and clean rooms

The shower was horrible and almost painful (maybe shower head needs to be changed ?)No common area as the bar is closed at the moment which we didn’t know when booking ..

I liked the central location,

Upon arrival it was evident that there is no air conditioning to the building, the corridors were stuffy and hot and the room was not much better. The lack of air conditioning in the room made for an umcomfortable night (even with the noisy fan runing all night and leaving the balcony door open.The location of the accomodation meant that everything is close by, however that is also a downfall as the guests who had parked next to us had their front windscreen smashed overnight by vandals/drunks. To make matters worse, there is no CCTV in the car park. By some miracle our rental car was unscathed.Due to renovations the restaurant was not available.

The reception lady was really helpful, amd location of motel was great. Room was clean and presented well.

There wasnt any air conditioning and it was a very warm night. There was a fan in the room thankfully and we were able to leave our door open all night.

The location, have always stayed here when we visit whanganui. Shower was great, the bed was comfortable, we had booked the spa room, very spacious. Did not forget to use the pool, hopefully next time. Can't wait on the completion of the restaurant.

Just the couch, seemed to have no softness.

Modern, comfortable and a good size room.

Access to all supermarkets. Easy check in and check out. We were on a motorbike and were invited to park it under cover which appreciated. Room was spacious, clean, tidy, well maintained. We were able to uber into town centre.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

That there was no traffic noise. Entrance was nice and clean.

Other guests were quite noisy , slamming doors, baby crying. Will be much better if able to get meals.

It was clean and comfy. Was great with the fan and kept the room cool. The pool was amazing!

We booked for 4 ppl and we only had 3 towels, we had lots of flies in our room the whole stay, the cleaner made beds but didn’t clean bench or do dishes ( I didn’t know if that was their job tho?) our van, which was parked just across the lane from our room got broken into and the staff said to call police and they would get footage off their cameras but we never heard back from them at all, toilet was tiny and the bathroom didn’t have a door only a shower curtain between it and the kitchen.

Kids loved the poo and the lady at reception was so lovely and helpful she is a great asset to your team.

Was very hot in the room, the fan was ok but didn't do much for the heat and found very short hair in strands in my clean made bed when pulling the sheets back to get into bed after a long day of travel

Was a big room.

Tv seemed worn out bad picture and room not great for access to cups was low down and shower over bath can be dangerous getting in and out.

We got shifted from avenue to their other property. The women that greeted us was awesome and after looking at us, she apologized for the small size of the room she was giving us. Would have been nice to have a bigger room but overall everything was fine.

Beds and pillows are comfortable, the breakfast is delish. The staff are nice and Thomas the cat is just the cutest

Rooms had a weird smell I’m not sure if it was the toiletry products left and bathrooms could do with a deep clean

Great service, central location and nice rooms with incredibly comfy beds. All at a fair price!
