The air conditioner did not work well. You can not use phone to dial out only to call room to room. The shower had one towel, one wash cloth. No shampoo no conditioner just a little bar of soap.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Room was falling apart literally. Refrigerator door fell off and looked like it was already just put back on. Staff were hard to find and fitness center needs maintenance it hasn't seen in years. Not worth the star rating
