I did not know that my reservation only included a sit down dinner. Everything else was a buffet and the stuff try to trick you telling you you have a free gift but they do not tell you that you have to attend a one hour seminar.

Where do I begin. The rude workers ! The horrible food! They ran out of pool towels some days.

Food was very good, the staff was attentive staff from pool bar made our days, he was excellent and so was our server at the buffet 5 stars

It was very far from the beach, ghe buffet and was always better than the reservation restaurant and entertainment could have been better and until later hours and the bars until later hours, after 1130-12 only could get a drink at the disco

Customer service was not at all what I expected. Cleanliness of the room was horrible. Just overall a bad experience.

The cleanliness and staff were excellent. The fact that we could utilize all bars and pool areas in the whole resort no matter what room we stayed in.

WiFi was only available in the main lobby.

Super clean, incredibly beautiful grounds with very tasty food! Rooms comfy and spotlessly clean. Nightly entertainment lively and fun. Only (small) complaint was lack of organized activities for our 13 year son.

Tried to no end to arrange bike ride. Hopeless!! Got complete run around. Same with tennis lesson. Pro didnt show up! Sport activities are overbilled and under delivered. Overall, however we thought it a wonderful vacation.

It is a very big resort there are 5 other hotels & you are able to use most of the pools. The food is amazing; huge variety. I love that there are shuttle buses that take you everywhere it's great when you have a child and no stroller. Loved it here!

My family and I are dominican and some of the staff felt too comfortable in how they thought they could speak to us or attend to us last in order to take care of other customers who are not like us (dominican).

Nice place.

Before to enter the hotel premises, the road to get there was really in poor condition. Very limited local music and no dancing places with the local music. Not for Local Caribbean people. I was really bored for 4 nights stay. Taxis are charging very expensive rates for short distances like Downtown. Once you are out of hotel property local people trying to cheat on you!

The pool out by the beach was really nice

My room had to be changed 3 times Bugs on the bed it had me really shook

The staff was very nice, grace from the buffet she was very nice and helpfull, love her and also staff from lobby was very nice.

A lot of mosquitos in the room and in the area. I cant control the air conditioning.

The culinary experience.

There was serious confusion in the coordination between employees particularly at the reception desk. They were not aware of events taking place and where; even in identifying and locating places and areas for the tourist.On various occasions, the receptionist at Gran Turquesa didn't know where de gym was and certain restaurants.I also had a serious problem with the reception on the day of departure. I asked the receptionist who made the checkout for me to order a taxi to pick us up at the hostel to take us to the airport. She called the transportation company on the phone and reserved it, and told us that the cost was 40 dollars. The taxi picked us up at the lobby, and when he was taking us to the airport told us that he was going to charge 40 dollars via his veryphone. I told him that that was exactly what the reception clerk that did the checkout for us told me the cost was. BUT he charged us 59 dollars!!! I did not have more DATA on my phone, so when I arrived in Puerto Rico, I checked my bank account and the account had a charge of 59 dollars (that is 3,200 Dominican pesos) The driver that the receptionist reserved for us overcharged me $19.00. I will write a formal complaint.

It was clean, and staff were working so hard.

The beach was very bad, where there were tons of seaweed you can't swim in any way.Another issue that bothered us a lot was the daily works in the construction in the upper room (42205).
