- Close to hospital
- Location was great
- Customer service the manager went out get way to satisfy me when she saw I Wasn't pleased with the room
Cons -
- Just know it is literally part of the hospital. And this hospital is huge & difficult to navigate thru. We had to go down from the parking garage walk thru a maze to another elevator just to get to our room.
- AC did not work very well in our room
- I didn't like the fact that if you opened your curtains you could only see the inside of the building, the atrium. And people could clearly see in your room no outside view.
