Location was everything! Some staff were very nice and helpful. The little lounge was cute. Parking was ample and that was very helpful.

Some staff were a little standoffish. Also on the phone they said all of their pools were heated but we found all of them to be quite chilly. Even the hot tub was "warm-ish".

The hotel did not look like the pictures posted, the hotel is somewhat run down.

Location was great! Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The staff was so pleasant and handled things well. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't know, but you can arrive at noon and get access to beach and pools.

The room had some upgrades and was decorated well, but it was not kept well. The AC did not work in our room, the fridge was an eye sore, there was no coffee maker and lights were missing or broken.It really shouldn't have been considered a kitchenette.

The staff was very friendly and prompt in fixing our toilet.

No handi cap access to beach. Toilet not mounted to floor Bedroom door didn’t shut. Sand all over floor Window broke Bedding was dirty and used by someone else AC didn’t stay running, never got below 79 in the room Not worth the money

Location was fantastic. Everyone there was friendly, but a special shout out to the the two night front desk employees. They made my experience better then it already was. They definitely exceeded expectations and were great talking to.

Continental breakfast had very slow service unpleasant waitresses and limited free selection.

The hotel is right on the beach with multiple outdoor pools as well as a smaller indoor pool. Breakfast is provided at their restaurant from a limited menu. The room was spacious and clean.

During our trip we hit some rough weather and the hotel actually lost power for 3+ hours, you would think a massive hotel with multiple buildings would have a generator. No employees came around to ask if anyone needed a water or flashlight.

Staff was prompt when called about tv remote not working (unable to change channel or volume on the tv). Location was excellent, only 1 block from the beach!

Large white stain on royal blue throw pillow on the bed, ants on the balcony and in the room next to the sliding door. Hotel is dated for the price you are paying per night. Check out staff did not even ask how our stay was or if we had any issues.

Location to beach, restaurants & boardwalk. Free parking & WiFi

Stayed for 2nights great location close to beach, boardwalk and pools.

Stayed at the 300 building Rooms have carpet floors not a fan of carpet. The continental breakfast they are cheap, oj , hot chocolate and small muffins that's it. For the price of this stay they should be able to offer a little more.

We get the room at 5 pm, whether chick in time was at 3pm.The room was absolutly not clean, esp. the floor. Unfortunately I opened the refridgerater.It stank unbelievable.Nails looked out the floor which was dangerous for the kids.Incredible for that pric

Room was spacoious enough for two adults and two children ages 8 and 12.

Breakfast buffet was lacking and not very clean. Largely mini pasties and bagels. Flies buzzing around the food and tables not wiped down or cleaned off.

Not much called board of health mold

Front desk staff tried there best to help
