Great location, amenities, staff, and rooms. The best part was the reasonable price.

Plan your check out early. The two elevators are very slow and took us twenty minutes to wait for an elevator with enough space to fit us in it on the way out.

First room had a strong urine smell….they gave us a different room

Very up to date, user friendly, wonderful staff from front desk to cleaning staff.

Not really. Behind fridge a piece of something. (Wouldn't have noticed but fridge moved while opening)

The bedroom and living room were large and having a kitchen was great!

The hotel was right next to the entrance to the boardwalk. I loved that there was a separate livingroom/kitchen combo separated by a pocket door and the underground parking garage was a bonus.

Elevator did not work on our end if building

It was right on the beach and at the end of the boardwalk. It was clean and we had clean towels everyday.

The elevators could use an update.

The room was nice and spacious. Very clean and fresh smelling. The balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome! Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sun come up. Nice touch with the pool towels being available. We will be back!

Friendly staff, clean and well equipped room, close to tram end terminal

Elevator very slow and some time full or being used by staff. This was in mid May, Sun thru Wed. I was on 2nd floor and walked most of time. Tv reception was poor could not watch over half of stations due to fuzzy picture on both TV¿s.

Great location, very clean, loved that it had a restaurant. Could not ask for more and would stay again for sure!

Balcony

1 bed was too short the other was too long. Neither had a fitted bottom sheet.

The room was clean and spacious. Loved that there was a kitchenette and a balcony.

Elevators were broken.Needed to walk up to the 6th floor with all my luggage.Not fun! Could not find parking at the hotel. Only 2 spots avail when I arrived; both were too narrow for my car to fit. Nearly knocked off my mirror, no space to open the door.

Management, team members, staff, food, towels and carpet were all above and beyond. I felt comfy at a hotel like home which was something I have not experienced since living in hotels from 4/7/22- present. Manager is golden and need more like her <3

Staff was very nice and friendly! Location was perfect. My only complaints are the awful pillows and slow:not working elevator. I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to my room with my bags. I¿m 60 so that was exhausting.

clean, friendly staff, great view, accommodating, got concierge type assistance from the front desk! Will stay here again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the room itself met our needs. We liked having a kitchenette in the room. The pool was really nice, also.

The elevator is slow. The hotel is a little outdated, but it looks like they are making updates.
