Great location on Santana Row. Beautiful hotel with an awesome vibe. Room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the city and mountains beyond. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

This is a beautiful property and the location is perfect! The bell and valet staff were wonderful and kind and helpful.
#1 NO hot water in the shower in the morning!!!! Inexcusable and unacceptable. #2 I had reserved two rooms and I had to wait 2 hours past check in time for my second room to be ready, but…..#3 When I finally walked down to the front desk, after the two hour wait, to demand my second room, there was a different front desk woman who overheard what was going on and was able to instantly find me a clean room right across from my first room. #4 The front desk staff at check in seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and didn’t seem to care either. I had to ask how to get to the elevators to get to my room and all I was given was a key… no map, no verbal information on the hotel layout or amenities, not even how to access the hotel Wi-Fi.

The room was great, we had a balcony with a decent view. The bed was very comfortable. The bed is typically our biggest concern. All and all I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested. The 5th floor pool and spa was very nice.
A little on the pricey side, but I feel we got our money's worth. That is my only complaint

My husband and I were very happy with our visit to this beautiful hotel. Our room was perfect. It looked over the street and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and listening to the wonderful music from down below.
