Its was clean and pretty

They were racist, rude ,unfriendly, and lied about transportation. And the room smelled like mildew, the food was terrible they reused all the same food for all the restaurants,

horrible food. staffs were lazy ..hotel is old and rooms dont even look or function better than a motel.

My door was very stiff

The grounds are beautiful and the pool was clean.

Room was so musty and smelly. It was unbearable. Food was not good either.

Excellent for families, United Standards. Like being in the US, very safe. Food for the most part excellent, variety to eat all day. Invest in the Club. You can negotiate the rate, we started at 900 for ten days ended at 500 for ten days for 2 adults

The food was phenomenal! Water park was nice, beach was pretty good, pool was nice with the swim up bar.

The toilets don't flush well (ez-flow). The specialty restaurants weren't all open everyday. Sometimes one or two of the five restaurants were closed for the night and no one can tell you when or if they will be open until the morning of that day.

Stag at Lobby and Bar by casino and by pool very nice and prompt. Pool clean and long. Food average but in Japanese , I paid for shrimp since Not on menu

Old , dark room , with small and dark bathroom. No elevators for 4 story buildings for lodging. Suitcases difficult. No renovations for years and years

Staff was very attentive

There was no nightlife. The nightclub was closed bcuz the hurricane had damaged it. Hennessy did not taste like Hennessy. Night time room service is slow.

Actually everything was quite wonderful considering the fact that we encountered a major hurricane Fiona in the midst of our stay the staff was professional and courteous dealing with a very emergent situation. A man named Raul,front desk very excellent

Amazing service, location and activities

The events they put on everyday for the guest. We enjoyed the entertainment going from day to night.

Yes, The rooms are pretty run down. Me and my husband had to switch rooms twice because of bad leaks in the bathroom. Water dripped down on my head. The first time we were just changed to another room, the second time they upgraded us to a swim out.

It had everything we could ask for: lots of entertainment, great atmosphere, terrific food and proximity to pools/beach!

Would like to see the staff more fluent in English, given that the resort caters to an international clientele. But they all get an A for effort. Would also like to see less hustling going on-we were constantly accosted to buy something. Too much!

The staff  made our stay wonderful! Went out of there way for us!

Literally charge you for everything and they trick you into going to another hotel for ¿breakfast¿ but it¿s really a sales pitch that takes 3 hrs of your day wasted.

The ocean

You will catch Covid! The rooms aren¿t clean or up to date. It¿s far back from everything, and you can hear your neighbors in the next room.

I would have enjoyed more food options. It's also not very friendly to the mobility challenged without a wheelchair (which we were able to borrow one). A previous resort brand had a regular shuttle to travel between the different buildings.

The staffs were friendly and helpful.

It¿s an old resort and everything is falling apart. The bathroom was leaking water and the bed was broken. Overall, I will never recommend this place to anyone.
