The one positive, exceptional feature of this hotel was hotel employee at the Reception desk who provided a USB adapter to allow for phone charging.

1. The breakfast was not included. We did not know this from our booking, but the real problem is that it was an ordinary, usually free breakfast at any other motel but the charge was an outrageous $19. That¿s price gouging. 2 more issues but out of char

For the star category, it was a good experience. Clean, nice aesthetic.

The breakfast. We selected the full cooked to order breakfast. The scrambled eggs were very sub-par--didn't really even taste like eggs. Oatmeal was dry. The physical set-up is kind of awkward Elevators groaning and slow.

We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the pool, spa & fitness center.

The Bed and Pull out Sofa mattresses were not the most comfortable ones we have slept on.

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm, even on the coldest day in 50 years.

The location, the cleanliness, parking our car was easy.

Room and hallways were clean. Location of hotel was off beaten path and had restaurants within walking distance

Nights were very loud. We had to keep our TV on all night to drown out the sounds of kids running through the halls and dogs barking.

No coffee in the morning? The rooms are dark. The drain in the bathroom was clogged the second time I stayed. Intrusive housekeeping-- their schedule is more important than yours. But-- see above. Everything is clean.

Very clean-- even the stairwells were clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Parking was close by.

No free wifi-- this was a business trip. Breakfast was 10.00.

lack of customer service - I left my glasses there and it took 3 phone calls and 2 voicemail messages to get someone to check.

The pool needs a reservation to use only for an hour and they didn't explain that when I did the check-In or at the page when I was doing the reservation of the room!

The size of the room and set up was nice

There was a list for the pool. We finally get to the pool and didnt get to use our time slot because there were HUGE clumps of black hair floating everywhere in the pool. Our bathroom light didnt work. The tub didnt switch to shower. Staff was VERY rude

The heated pool was not warm and the hot tub jets were broken and the hot tub water was like warm

Breakfast too expensive if you wanted a light breakfast. No ventilation in bathroom.

Rooms were great. Beds n pillow tl comfy. Made it hard to get up in the morning.

I wish they had a complimentary breakfast. But for $12.95 you got alot.
