The indoor pool was closed, they said we could use the pool at the hotel down the street. This was unacceptable as it was freezing temps outside and I had my 1 year old and 4 year old. Very disappointing for me and the children! No hot water to shower.

The hotel key system was down for the whole weekend. Guests have to wait for security to open doors ever time they leave the room and they don?t even check if you are the registered guest for the room when opening doors. Very unsafe and inconvenient!

Not safe! Someone tried to access to our room around 10:15pm; then two men used the key card opened our room DIRECTLY around 10:25pm till I yelled out. We put on our clothes and came to front desk and the receptionist said it was just by his mistake?

The girl at the front desk for the night shift, was extremely professional and unequivocally highly intelligent. I would consider her for an upper management position in any industry.

I loved the gentlemen at the front desk. Hotel employee and another man checked us in. I loved the room with the exception of a slow running toilet and no plunger.
