- Good location to UMass Lowell
- The girl at the front desk for the night shift, was extremely professional and unequivocally highly intelligent. I would consider her for an upper management position in any industry.
- I loved the gentlemen at the front desk. Hotel employee and another man checked us in. I loved the room with the exception of a slow running toilet and no plunger.
Cons -
- Has a chronic problem with the elevator..never works..and when it does it?s only for a short time
- I had a complimentary breakfast card and there was no breakfast available when we came down at 8:30am. No one was there. Also, put plungers in bathrooms please. I had no idea the hotel was going to take $100 for a hold. Also not aware of $75 pet fee.
- Carpets need to be replaced
