- The staff, really good service, quick, clear and easy. Iris the lady in the breackfast area is really good and focus

- Bed was comfy, breakfast was good.
Cons -
- A/c or heat was inoperable and full of migrant children
- I asked for a late checkout. I left my room to go out to my car; when I returned my card did not work. My room was on the 3rd floor so I had to go back to front desk and ask. Card had to be rescanned, should have been done when I asked for late checkou
- Blind was broken and the street light was shining in the room all night. Booked a king bed, was put in a room with two beds. Elevator took forever, and some sketchy characters hanging out front most of the night.
