The staff was great and the location could not have been better.

Shower was cold in the morning.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The hotel is next to the lake, near an ATM machine.

I didn’t really like how they overly insisted on paying for the stay in cash. They do take credit card, but they really try to get you to pay in cash.

Room was very nice. Breakfast great. Rooftop bar had an amazing view of the lake, as promised.

The pool and gym were a bit dated.

The hotel is very clean and very convenient to all stores, restaurants and markets.

Everything was perfect

Great location in middle of old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was very attentive and fast to respond to several requests we had. Breakfast was also pretty decent. Recommend the eggs Benedict.

Location is central but this also means that it's noisy. The hotel overall has a "neglected" feeling. Staff is polite and in general nice, but extremely pushy to receive good reviews (as everywhere in Vietnam) . Room is nothing special. Perfectly acceptable but no luxury.

This is an awesome hotel in a very busy area. The room was nice with a cool view of the lake. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Hannah Do helped us with everything, making sure everything is ready for our arrival, helping us book a tour, offering a free of charge late checkout, offering sightseeing suggestions, transfer to the airport, etc. They really go above and beyond. The view from the rooftop is also amazing. Breakfast offers a nice variety and dinner was also excellent.

The walls are pretty thin. You can hear your neighbors through the bathroom walls. This won't bother you if you close the bathroom door. Our room was right under the restaurant and in the morning we could hear people moving their chairs. On the other hand, we didn't really hear the noise of the city. I don't think you could find a building in the area without this kind of issue.

Loved the staff, location, room, breakfast and more!

It was a tad bit loud on the weekend which is not necessarily the properties fault. They did provide ear plugs, but after a long day excursion it was a tad bit loud. Though the music was enjoyable and did stop by 10. My husband is vegan and felt that the breakfast was a bit lacking, but I thought it was great, with many options.

Everything was perfect

The Hotel is well located in the Hoan Kiem Quarter. Overall the hotel was clean.

The quality of the breakfast didn't meet my expectations. The buffet didn't offer a lot of continental options and the quality of the food wasn't really good. Also, if you order coffee like a cappucino, you have to pay extra, which is ridicolous for a 5-star hotel. Our room wasn't close to the street but we still could hear the traffic outside.

Great location and the staff were amazing. The General Manager made everyone feel welcome and personally greeted guests. The new rooftop patio was off the charts and the views were spectacular!

Breakfast was good, and the staff were great. Overall, everything was fine; however, the rooms were not. In particular, Room 608 had a very strong odor, which made us feel unwell during our stay.
