The room and the pools and the property overall

The food in most restaurants was at best average unfortunately. We had a couple of really good meals but overall it was disappointing. Also it seemed like the majority of the staff spoke little to no English which made communication frustrating

All-inclusive was good but the quality of the food left something to be desired. No shrimp, crab legs, prime rib, etc. The resort was probably trying to save money.

Brilliant hotel with the most happiest staff I have ever seen working at a resort. They were dancing, singing and enjoying their jobs, it shows they are kept happy!

Staff, atmosphere, beach, room were all great!

Food wasn¿t horrible but it wasn¿t good. No flavor whatsoever with the exception of the seafood restaurant and sea side grill. These two were okay. Everything was bland, even the coffee was tasteless. The alcohol is ¿¿ watered down

All the categories you outline above. The room was great and very clean. All facilities were very clean and impeccably maintained. The staff could not have been nicer and the location was great. Entertainment was very well done. Lots of food and drink

While there a number of eating alternatives the quality of the food could be upgraded. The reason for the 9 in overall Experience

The personnel, the employees amazing king people. The bartender, the great amount of pools, the cleaningness, the room service. The steak house was awesome, the night shows were so much fun.  the rest of the staff members ¿¿

The beach was not as clean, I understand is because of the hurricane the passed a week ago.

The casino was fun and Presidente is the perfect beer for warm weather

Robberies and seaweed on the beach. The airport had no running water. You can only drink water from bottles or you¿ll get very sick. There is only one beer choice for the all inclusive. Their are tiers and extra charges

After leaving a poorly serviced hotel, I really appreciated the genuine customer service that I received at this hotel. The staff were attentive, charming and entertaining. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, relaxing and amazing.

The Wi-Fi could be better but that¿s also a sign to unplug while on vacation so it¿s not really a complaint for me.

It was beautiful, welcomed at arrival, treated wonderfully through out our stay. Very nice room and amenities.

Yes, the resort food was horrible. We tried every restaurant. A resort this great should have excellent food. It does not meet expectations. We travel off the resort for local food several times. The resort buffet never changed it was the same every day.

Food, drinks, staff, rooms, pools, service. Loved this hotel

Rooms should be updated in a few months. More modern decor

Staff poorly trained. Care prioritarily about a certain type of tourists... At first we were given a room in the back on a low floor with no view and no daylight. When we changed then pillows, bedding and linen were smelly.

Clean and pretty

Preferred area wasn't preferred and kids were in all the pools. I payed extra money and didn't get get what I expected at all

Overall It did not live up to what I was expecting, and most of it was the front desk staff.
