Pros +
- Everything was terrible (including staff), with the exception of the beach bartender who was kind and obviously enjoyed her job.
- Nothing! It was a total trash!
- The desert are amazing.
Cons -
- I have traveled all over the Caribbean, all over the world, and am very well-versed in what a 4-star resort/hotel is supposed to be like. This was at best, 2.5 stars. Dirty room and resort. Rude staff. Dirty buffet area. Not a beachfront as promised. Etc.
- Don?t advertise that you have a airport shuttle if you don?t have one and expect guests to take a Taxi. Part of the reason I select hotels is because they provide transportation to and from the airport in a foreign country
- It was dirty, the room got trash from the last guests, the fridge was not working, they only have a sheet to sleep, the floor was dirty, everything smell really bad

Nothing! It was a total trash!
It was dirty, the room got trash from the last guests, the fridge was not working, they only have a sheet to sleep, the floor was dirty, everything smell really bad

The desert are amazing.
The bartenders sometimes ignored you. The room is in a bad shape. The AC is leaking, the bathroom door won't close, and the sink won't drain
