whala!bávaro - All Inclusive

Everything was terrible (including staff), with the exception of the beach bartender who was kind and obviously enjoyed her job.

I have traveled all over the Caribbean, all over the world, and am very well-versed in what a 4-star resort/hotel is supposed to be like. This was at best, 2.5 stars. Dirty room and resort. Rude staff. Dirty buffet area. Not a beachfront as promised. Etc.

I like the Customer service at the hotel

The rooms are horrible. They definitely need to be updated. The food needs to be better and under better temperature if the food is to be refrigerated.

Staff was rude, sewer water in the street, bo parking, terrible food, dirty

I like the staff and the location.

There was no water for one morning and there was no TV at all.

Nothing! It was a total trash!

It was dirty, the room got trash from the last guests, the fridge was not working, they only have a sheet to sleep, the floor was dirty, everything smell really bad

The desert are amazing.

The bartenders sometimes ignored you. The room is in a bad shape. The AC is leaking, the bathroom door won't close, and the sink won't drain

I cant write a complete evaluation because we went transferred to the Whala Urban. This hotel is more cheaper and it is not all inclusive. It has a parking lot but I had to pay for our food. Whala Urban is a nice hotel and there is a great service.

There is not parking lot for vehicles in Whala Bavaro and I selected these hotel because I read Free Parking in the amenities. There was not available room for overbooking. And another customer was making a big complaint about her room when we arrived.

Loud,rooms were old,unclen rundown, doorknob falling off.

Their staff, they are friendly and amazing

The water from the shower and the pool is salty, it's unconfortable to take a shower or brush your tooth with salty water

The beach its really nasty. And the staff are kind of mean (not all of them)

Roof top pool

Room was dark and floor felt dirty, electricity was not working for the first part of the day, when we ordered a beer at the roof top bar we then had to walk all the way back to reception after with the waiter to pay our bill.

Close to restaurants

Pools have salty water, beach is not very good, salty tapwater for shower etc.rooms not very clean, no blankets- only a thin bedsheet tp use as blanket.

Don?t advertise that you have a airport shuttle if you don?t have one and expect guests to take a Taxi. Part of the reason I select hotels is because they provide transportation to and from the airport in a foreign country

The bathroom shower needs to be updated.

I will not be back to this resort ever.

The hotel did not match the description on booking.com. Had an issue with my firsr room, had to change it because it wasnt cleaned properly, sheets were dirty, dressers broken. Second room was better but still not up to par. Resort smelled like sewage the entire time. Shower water was not hot, room service never helped when i called. Tv was broken.
