I never will be back to this place, tourist trap not luxury, not adults only, this place is falling apart, I tried to migrate or upgrade to the hotel beside Esmeralda it¿s called Ambar and I was able to pay for that but employees at front desk don¿t car

The hotel is old and dirty, the room smells like mildew

Yes hard bed , dirty , smell , Door didn¿t work well , not 5 star.

The beach

Hard Bed , dirty doors and walls. Toilet dirty when we arrived.

The room we stayed has odor and the bathroom has a stain on the wall. We ask the hotel manager to switch the room which we did.The ppl are very nice but the check time takes forever.

I like the buildings and pools, the pools helped us relax from the daily stress we dealt with from staying at the hotel

some of staff was rude, rules used as a gimmick, 30 min massage $80, $3 suntan lotion was $28, adventure packages over priced/low quality, adventures guides were begging for money, hidden costs, the near by ATM was broken, far ATM charged 20% on withdraws

The campus the hotel is so large! The trolleys were easy to catch and would take you to your rooms, your hotel, where you were eating for dinner.

The nightlife could've used some work, all the lobby bars close at 11:30pm. Then the disco starts but night after night it got old.

Great location. Beach was nice and clean. Really appreciated the drink service on the beach. Multiple Restaurant options. Friendly staff.

Not that I didn't like something but saw options for improvement, such as having one of the bars in the hotel lobbies stay open past 1pm and 2 beach towels per guest.

It was very clean and comfortable.

The food was not good. Seemed like it sat out on buffet for hours.

The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Extremely clean. The entire hotel staff is very welcoming polite and always smiling.

The staff were very friendly.

I thought the food could have been better. Not so much fried food, slightly better quality meat.

The accommodations were nice.

The room was excellent and it was just steps away from the beach and the pool...it was amazing friendly and very comforting. would recommend this for anyone who wants to go spend the time and enjoy..

There was lack of attention on the beach. Some persons were being served more than others. One moment, while one of the sellers were advertising their product, was served drinks by the attendant from the Caico Restaurant. At that point, I was still not offered any drink as the guest
