- The butler was amazing
- I’ve stayed at TRS 5x since 12/2022 and this is the first time that I wasn’t pleased with the butler service. I had to reach out to the butler of my previous visits, Vic Sosa, to satisfy our needs of restocking our mini bar & providing fresh wash cloths.
- Great Porter experience. Amazinggggg food and drinks. Room cleaningness was top notch. Also loved the free room service and many restaurant options
Cons -
- I love the resort, going forward I’m only requesting Vic Sosa as our butler. His attention to detail and efficient responses has made our experiences at TRS memorable.
- They let people save seats at beach and pool
