From numerous swimming pools and a nightclub to gift shops and beauty salons, there is something for everyone. The TRS Turquesa Hotel - Adults only is ideally located along the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic. Deep-sea fishing, diving, windsurfing and snorkeling can be found only moments away. - I’ve stayed at TRS 5x since 12/2022 and this is the first time that I wasn’t pleased with the butler service. I had to reach out to the butler of my previous visits, Vic Sosa, to satisfy our needs of restocking our mini bar & providing fresh wash cloths.
- Great Porter experience. Amazinggggg food and drinks. Room cleaningness was top notch. Also loved the free room service and many restaurant options
- The staff were attentive and overall for the price it met our expectations and more!
Cons -
- I love the resort, going forward I’m only requesting Vic Sosa as our butler. His attention to detail and efficient responses has made our experiences at TRS memorable.
- They let people save seats at beach and pool
- Had issues with wristbands/door key and daily issues with the toilet that frustrated us to no end. Travel club promotion delayed our excursion and hotel refused to reimburse us for the cost to rebook. Not really the ?family? image they espouse.
