TRS Turquesa Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I’ve stayed at TRS 5x since 12/2022 and this is the first time that I wasn’t pleased with the butler service. I had to reach out to the butler of my previous visits, Vic Sosa, to satisfy our needs of restocking our mini bar & providing fresh wash cloths.

I love the resort, going forward I’m only requesting Vic Sosa as our butler. His attention to detail and efficient responses has made our experiences at TRS memorable.

Great Porter experience. Amazinggggg food and drinks. Room cleaningness was top notch. Also loved the free room service and many restaurant options

The staff and butlers were very cordial and friendly, and the property is very well maintained. The beach was fantastic and the food was generally good, plus the WiFi was exceptional.

Had issues with wristbands/door key and daily issues with the toilet that frustrated us to no end. Travel club promotion delayed our excursion and hotel refused to reimburse us for the cost to rebook. Not really the ?family? image they espouse.

Our personal butler, Rodny, made our stay comfortable and effortless. The entire staff made a positive impact on our vacation...they are all very friendly and willing to serve, whatever your request. Their energy helped bring the atmosphere to life.

The only thing I can think of to "complain" about would be that the pool areas do not offer any kind of music. On one hand, that makes it a peaceful atmosphere, but on the other, it feels boring and drab. A little something would be better than nothing.

There was one lady at the pool surving drinks and food. She was amazing. Always had a smile. Made the trip so nice for me and my family. So friendly. Never felt like I was looking for help. Amazing service from her.

Great location, amazing beach. Tasty food.

Stuff is not very attentive. Badly speak English, so a bit hard to communicate. Small selection of alcohol.

The whole experience was wonderful! The service was A++++++

Only complaint was our a/c was a bit loud and they were going to have to move us to a new room to fix it. We opted out we liked our location . They called us and offered us a free massage as they wanted to make sure we were happy

The staff service is the best of this hotel. The food is great!

The rooms, furniture, and decor are old and need updating. The main pools and spa pool have moldy grout and need more maintenance.

Having all access to the other Palladium resorts, staff is wonderful and very helpful with everything, the grounds are kept beautiful and clean. Lots of beach. Drinks are delicious, restaurants at night are great!

Buffets not real good, lots of choices but tasteless. Room did not cool down very fast, But overall I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone.

Great beach, great pools, convenient to rooms, plenty of seating at beach. Some of the restaurants were great, others were good.

Sometimes music outside too loud, very loud in room, when wanted quiet.

This a fraud I couldnt stay when my reservation was paid in fulll and they charge me more than usual for stay one night and the supervisor was not professional and didnt give me option to feel comfortable I lost a lots of money charge for one room

Paid in full when you are not stay in your reservation paid in advance and I did not recieve any refund very frustrating how take your money fraudulent and nobody help you when is not your country this is a discrimation Worse vacation

Beautiful location on Bavaro beach A few staff members were nice/accommodating. Shoutout to employee (botones), the lady in building at El Capricho, and hotel employees made the activities a blast. Housekeeping was awesom

Food was average. Lots of different cuisine options for dinner. Lunch became repetitive. Overall quality of food, especially the chicken and meat, was disappointing. Our room, while cleaned fantastic every day, had some issues with hot water a few times.

I been couple time in Dominican Republic, but never been in a adults only. This hotel broke my expectations, the staff, the room and the service was great. They had a great service and the food was really good.

The staff was professional, the grounds were exquisite, covered walkways, I spent two days at the hotel and I felt like I was absolutely pampered.

The fact that the 2nd day there was that nasty seaweed rolled in. No fault of the hotel but the beach did not get cleaned up by staff and spent the day at the pool ¿¿

The staff went the extra mile to make us feel so special during our trip. On top of that the amenities were spectacular. We loved all the pool areas especially our own in our swim up suite. The beach was great and the vibes were so relaxed. 5 stars.

All adult resort. Staff was readily accessible and available. Food choices were great. Entertainment was also nice.

I enjoyed everything at this resort. Everyone was friendly. My room was nice and spacious.

There were multiple food options, very clean and I loved that there was a shuttle to take you everywhere.

It was great! There were many restaurants to choose from, reservations needed for non buffet restaurants at dinner only. There were golf carts at night time to drive you around from hotel to hotel on the resort. Multiple pools, lots of activities.
