Loved how attentive and kind the staff are. the salon was amazing!! She did such a great job on my daughter’s hair.

The food was sub par, staff was extremely un accommodating, we were there for a wedding. They wouldn?t allow a group of more than 6 together. They were rude and made the experience negative. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were so bad

Room is kind of old and only one sink is usable, also not too much choices of food

This resort was fabulous! Paradise! The pools, staff, food, room, beach area, & drinks all were truly perfect. Certainly received more than our money¿s worth! Can¿t return soon enough! Bravo, Dreams!! ¿¿

Breakfast food was not hot @ the buffet. Only complaint.

We stayed in the room with the pool and hot tub, but the room did not get the sun at any time of the day, and the pool was not heated, the restaurants did not have quality food, fruit drinks were all with coloring and flavors, they did not use real fruit.

Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no issue to big or small. They handled every concern we had.

The beach was full of seaweed, so much so, that the clear water looked like mud. We were unable to enjoy the ocean. Like not get in the water the entire 5 days.

Terrible food the pool closes at 7pm and all bars except the lobby close at 8pm. Restaurants close early too. No AC the first day If your goal is to get up early and go to sleep early, this is the spot. Beach smelled terrible.

Hotel was dirty not updated . Sheets and towels tattered . Food was disgusting bland and generic . Drinks are definitely watered down which is somewhat expected at all inclusive hotels

The beach was not swimmable at all. They have a serious algae problem and you only find out once you get there

The staff, location and fine dining were excellent.

Took 2 hours after check-in to get the room we paid for. Tried to put us in a garden room at first. Room service took forever and terrible in comparison to the rest of the dining.

Hotel employee at the pool bar was amazing and kept us entertained; escequial at patio (Mexican restaurant) really knew his stuff and was equally as good. We really had a great short get away

The staff is beyond amazing, it truly makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The cleanliness everywhere is amazing. From hand sanitizing stations everywhere to staff wearing hair nets, gloves and masks at all times (even at the pool.)

Not really, loved everything and will definitely visit many more times.

Our room was very nice. Think I said "wow" when we walked in. Good size with a nice ocean view. The food was very good. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant most. Lots of authentic variety from around the country. Delicious and no reservations required.

We would prefer not to dodge the sales people pushing the time share presentation.

The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating.

I loved the cleanliness, the different types of activities and restaurants. The coffee shop was such a great idea!!! The live singers were awesome.

I wish there would have been a daily yoga class instead of “stretching”

Staff was awesome. We had a beautiful room and great view. Food was good a little disappointed in the desserts but I really didn’t need them.

The only thing I could say need real improvement is the nightly entertainment. The lack of entertainment could have been the byproduct of COVID19 since the hotel was operating at less than 50%.

Service and people were great! They kept everything very clean and sanitizer. They were very friendly and fun. The food was great as well.

Its clean, family friendly and not as massive as the others that I stayed in. Easy to get around and find people etc.

The stairs were slippery sometimes due to watering of the flower pots in the stairwell. Slip and Fall risk.
