- Large room, friendly staff, plenty of pools to relax. Hotel is 20 minutes from Cancun Airport, 20 minutes to Puerto Morales, 40 min to Playa Del Carmen
- It was convenient to airport

- Seaweed was a bit of an issue
- Some restaurants had great, while others were just mediocre. Even with Diamond Club it was difficult to get dinner reservations.
- I didn?t not think it had enough staff. Long lines for drinks, check in and dinner
